  1. LEGO Brand store will take cash. Useful if your Significant Other reviews your household credit card statements. Buying pre-paid credit cards with cash also work to keep your LEGO addiction secret.
  2. It's currently a mock up. You can use a 3.3V voltage converter to supply the Vin for the ESP8266. Also a 3.3V to 5V logic converter for communicating with motor controller. I ran into a problem with a couple of Ebay orders from China. The ESP8266 NodeMCU and L293D motor controller ICs have gone missing. I ordered from two different sellers too.
  3. Cool build. Roof and wall work good. On the other hand, looking at the state of roof, one would wonder if Oleon pay their royal sword makers.
  4. Very nice modern looking sea side house.
  5. Some ideas for MODs, a dump truck batch loading unit? http://youtu.be/xjHfdiSSxg0
  6. Very orangey. No chance of anyone getting scurvy in space. I didn't think it was spam from the title.
  7. Whose ship is that? Unexpected Visitors by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  8. Very good micro race track build. To be Technic, the wheels should at least be functional.
  9. They can also come in red or blue or green. Usually they are painted in the colors of the company that owns the crane.
  10. Wtih 60+ buckets, we hope to see a chain bucket excavator GBC from you.
  11. Since it works with MegaBlocks, it could also be the MB folks need something like this as they don't have PF options. I have some doubts about the long term durability of the chrome on those bricks.
  12. Efferman also has some 3D printed turnable supports on Shapeways.com http://www.shapeways.com/designer/efferman/creations The bigger they are, the harder they fall. RIP Angry UniKitty.
  13. Now that fits Technic better--sausage flinging conveyor.
  14. These are not the golden rods the pirates are looking for.
  15. It's not a bad build for food. Since it doesn't have any Technic functions, this MOC would fit better in the Special Theme forum.
  16. Great presentation. Your ship's hull construction seem very thick. Cannon balls are going to have a hard time penetrating it. Good work on the rigging. Sea Rats like seeing ratlines.
  17. I did a six spoke version for my Bucket Wheel Excavator GBC. I like the look of your 8 bucket wheel configuration. A bucket wheel trench digger GBC would be cool.
  18. Nice ground color combinations. You could say the thin trees are the younger ones that weren't harvested, reason for no skinny trunks in the cart. Also clear cutting is bad for the forest. Though, environmentalism would be out of character for Sea Rats.
  19. Flick fire can be left "loaded" on the model for long term display. With spring launchers, the spring could loose its tension if the ammo is left in "cocked and ready to fire" on a long term display.
  20. USB is only 5V. You would have to add an up voltage converter between your USB and the LEGO rechargeable battery box.
  21. Sold to the feathery bidder for 500000 euros! Shouldn't skunk make everyone run away?
  22. Thanks Kai NRG. I did MOCed the ship but I didn't get to name it. I think Ska did that. Are any transaction forms required to be filled out?
  23. Freebuild #3 April 616 In the previous episode, Captain Brickbeard with his remaining crew were casted adrift to be sharkbait after Eslandola's Blessed Angel seized their ship, the Great Scott. They drifted for days and nights until they landed on an island. There they were stranded until Susieh found them. Letter from Eslandola by dr_spock_888, on Flickr Captain Brickbeard doesn't get his day in kangaroo court as the incident was settled out of court.
  24. By popular vote, the Sea Rats lay claimeth to the 7th island, The Smoker. Hi-ho-hi-ho a bonging we will go this volatile smoky island. With an active volcano and hostile natives, virgins may wish to stay away... Virgin Sacrifice by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  25. Cool. I think at that scale her face could be sharper.
