Isn't it about time....
Alasdair Ryan replied to BasOne's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
My original idea was to build a truck that could be built in modules. I am sure you could get fifteen people working on this idea, maybe more if people would like to work in pairs to build there cab or body to fit onto the truck. I agree that building a technic model in LDD would not be easy for some members, but that is why I suggested making a pdf file of both templates for the cab and body for members to build it in the real. -
Isn't it about time....
Alasdair Ryan replied to BasOne's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
I have to be honest and say I am disappointed at no other suggestions or new ideas of a new relay,or to more feedback to the idea of a technic one. Would it be a good idea to make a topic with my original idea over in the technic forum for more thoughts and idea's on a technic relay? -

The next Es co. Pneumatic Locomotive
Alasdair Ryan replied to Electricsteam's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Your idea of a pneumatic train is a interesting one,I am not sure I have seen one built before. Over in the technic forum Nicco71 made a pneumatic driven tractor which you may find useful in creating your train. -

You can find the part: 3743 by searching for it in the search box, it comes under 'toothed bar'. I don't think there is a way too connect the tread to the two rims on LDD,but maybe someone else knows more about this? If it is important I can rebuild the robot on MLcad and add tracks that way too your robot.

I must of missed that part....I will put it down to getting distracted by viewing the creation.

If I may add on to that,if you can add rope/string to SR3D could the rope be readable with the Lsynth version? (LS04 - string) Just so we don't need to add rope again, if we want to make instructions.
