Wandin Valley IGA Supermarket & True Value Hardware Store
lightningtiger replied to lightningtiger's topic in LEGO Town
It's been a long time between drinks for this one and only today did it click onto 500 supporters on Ideas. I can only hope for more supports, gee at the moment with all the bad luck I have been having well I kind of need it. By the way I forgot to pop up some fresh images so here we go..... Yes, I have included a post office agency inside their now. It's a very common sight in many country towns that the post office is found in supermarkets or hardware stores or these general store combos. Brick On everyone !- 14 replies

Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion
lightningtiger replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
Pardon my adding this, Ursula will be the first minifig with a realistic chest not just drawn on......interesting Lego I wonder if more of this might happen or is it just for the character only ?- 4,155 replies

Always lovely to hear from her 'steph', the ladder is the reason for the ceiling but also using the 65 year old photo as reference and the actual building is also only a single storey too. Brick On !

MOC - The Set Of In Melbourne Tonight (1957-1970)
lightningtiger replied to lightningtiger's topic in LEGO Town
Thank you to everyone's comments, etc., the two minifigs will be part of my Brick-a-laide display. Brick On ! -
Very funny, I'll try on Monday to bring to EB my tradesperson's truck ;)
-
It depends on the part count, there are new torso designs plus three vehicles ;) So 90 USD, fingers crossed for 100 AUD and then a 20% off sale at a major retailer will make it worth while (doesn't matter I'm still going to buy it).
-
Of course I'm alive.......well I think ! LOL Ah, you only need to go to one to buy a tap or shower head or whole new hot water service ! LOL

Thanks for the comments again and yeah, stickers easy - Google Images for pictures, MS paint for editing, etc., and printing on an ink jet printer with photo sticker paper. LDD is handy but does have it's limits. I look forward to seeing what you will come up yourself in the future. Brick On 'tennridgerunner' !

Thanks 'AussieBJ', there are more similar like this coming soon ;) Brick On !

Thanks for the feedback 'tennridgerunner', actually that weed whacker is the right size it's one of the larger heavy duty models you can buy but true the old mine sweeper tool would do as well. ;) Please try your own hand at one of these buildings, I wouldn't mind seeing a John Deere dealer built (mine was a long time ago LOL). Brick On !

Now for my latest creation, I tossed this together the other day. Reece is a major player in the plumbing supply industry in Australia and after visiting two of their stores last week I thought why not make my own. More to come, keep watching & Brick On everyone !

Now here is something different from me, a scene from 1960's live TV......In Melbourne Tonight with host (the king of TV) Graham Kennedy and his co-host (and life long friend) Bert Netwon. Graham was always the joker and hence in the images below Bert is going to receive a pie to the face. There is a camera with it's operator as well.
