    Thanks 'Klaus' for this review, this is on my buying list for the year since my wife works at a supermarket and of course yourstruly a MOC'er of many supermarkets in the past I totally love the set - simple yet does the job. Note the operating hours are promoted like those in Europe......8am is a bit late for a supermarket to open yet again 10pm is a little late to close ! Brick On Review On 'KD' !

    Oh, those magic words - GAS STATION ! Plus fun in the park sounds a great fun set name and I guess both sets designed to fit city and town square sets at last Lego City is going to become a city and not just a place filled with cops and fire fighters !

    Well, I say like I do every year Legoworld show in early Feb usually is where we first see the exclusives or the un-shown as yet sets.

    Add to the mix not only if a project scores 10K but at least interests the design teams in Denmark bingo a new set or even whole theme/sub-theme for free and the poor original ideas person gets nothing. I would be happy if I was able to inspire city designs at Lego to create sets similar to what I design.

    It's the flaws which make it Star Wars, makes it enjoyable, makes it fun, the perfect mind escape. The parallels between episode seven and four so more than just a few but it's based on good business sense - if it's not broken, don't fix it. Though the thing I missed in the movie was the epic space battles between capital ships, but totally made up to those awesome X-wing vs. Tie explosive dog fights. I was wondering about the odd ending, not to spoil it though.......will he or won't he is the question ? Oh, yeah and that jaw dropping moment........second only to Vader telling Luke that he was his father back on episode five.

    Nightstick really, but it's Lego call it what you imagination will. Only thing missing was a riot shield, then we can totally say baton/nightstick.

    Another one of my Lego City series now, Brick's Sports Stores is a chain of sporting goods store in Legoland and this one is the latest in City Square. Now you maybe wondering why the odd design......well the next photo will make it all clear. You see there is method to my madness. Telco store is next, keep watching and Brick On everyone !     Gee, some of you might have been wondering where I have been or not ? I just remembered to post this picture here to explain the how's and why's of this design. As you can see the hardware store is designed to butt up against the town square set's bike shop. I'm designing shortly a telco store to go on the other side of the bike shop which will still allow the impression of a really big bike shop. Keep watching and Brick On !

    The new sets are a huge step up from 2015 sets, the Chev's and the Ford's I can't wait to buy.......hmm, knock up my own stickers too for the Ford's to MOC other colours.

    Finally the cops have a weapon to defend themselves since the crooks run around with crowbars. I must say that add-on pack is handy even if you don't buy all the other prison sets.

    This wave has more up sides than down one's. I guess the spaceman is a down, because it seems a reboot of an earlier collectable minifig oh except the flag - yeah, big deal. The up side, try the queen, dancer, cleaner, clumsy guy (banana t-shirt LOL), the list goes on and of course a baby - AWESOME series this time round best I say in the last five releases.
