  1. Thank you, I chose to do a farmer's one because it was different but to the period the modulars are designed in it was very common plus it would fit either urban city or larger rural town layouts. I've been bitten by the modular bug so yes, more is coming ;) Keep watching and Brick On 'BrickyBoy' !
  2. Very impressive designing there 'BrickyBoy', you took that small city museum of 2013 and turned it into an awesome modular design.........Brick On 'BrickyBoy' !
  3. Okay, simple a row of dark plates lifting the top tan section up by one row of plates. I will see if I have these in stock or not and have an update up A.S.A.P. Brick On !
  4. Thank you, a different colour where ? I based this on as usual for me an actual building in Sydney I will try and find a link for it. https://www.google.com.au/maps/place/378+Rathdowne+Street/@-37.7885381,144.9721131,3a,75y,84.57h,90t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s7zvBNAqKn5Q_4TWM_XHlJA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0xd88e4f5d90d741a0!6m1!1e1 Yes, good old Google Maps link on the above link and you will see an old hardware store, then you will see why it's coloured this way.
  5. It has taken a while to plan and build but only my second true modular building is up and running. What's on the inside you may ask ? Yes, there is a lot in this one, no stickers all brick, plate and technic part built. https://ideas.lego.com/projects/158678 Any questions please ask. Brick On everyone !
  6. Now I know we are tired of police sets but the minifigs tell a different story. Finally Lego have decided to give female police the look of being female like in real life. Also the cool torso prints, I hope there is a booster pack of police to add to my 2014 police station Also the inside of the pizza van could make it one of the best city sets in years.
  7. Awesome Friend's creation, so much going on and so much detail - I all the shops. Brick On with your Friend's 'denil85' !
  8. Yes, I wonder that too. Note the sticker on the side of van, they offer sliced pizza and something also which is green in colour ?
  9. I agree the pizza van is a must buy, also the blue truck and yellow digger combo is excellent - added to buy list. Also the other 4x4 sets towing trailers are both worth it. I wonder what surprises we will see in a few months time at New York Toy Fair.
  10. Goodness, I'm impressed......so much detailing in it and everyone knows me here and I love detail in buildings ! There is too much to comment on, so I will just say awesome work and keep them coming 'jalemac34' and of course, Brick On !
  11. My favourite takes reminds me of my childhood......4207 City Garage
  12. I'm impressed with the scale and detail plus that lift is the bomb ! Awesome work 'Alex'.......Brick On forever !
  13. Well, it might be if you missed out on him back in 2013
  14. It looks like Chase McCain from the Lego City Undercover video game and he was only available in a polybag and in an elite police set in 2013.
  15. So let's see.... 60136 starter pack - only good for the minifigs - new torsos. 60137 tow truck trouble - is one of three which are good - again new torsos and a white dirt bike plus new police road bike. 60138 high speed chase - only the minifigs and red sports car are a plus but do I see Chase McCain there ? 60139 mobile command centre - really a shortened semi trailer ? - pass (only the female minifig is the only plus) 60140 bulldozer break-in - best of the whole theme - new bank building, cool 4x4 police vehicle - though another small copter really Lego ? 60141 police station - a step backward in design in my opinion, need to see what's in the back to truly judge it. 60143 auto transport heist - second or perhaps equal best set of the theme - cool truck (seriously how many of these will be scratch built in different colours), neat 4 wide cars fit with the rest of the city line i.e. city square. My guess the money transport will be a retail exclusive, only time will tell.
  16. On closer inspection the police station looks even worse, the upper floors appear to be only four studs deep compared to the base plate size. Some the vehicles are also a fail, the weird atv ute thingy in the starter pack and the front end on the police car in 60138......I don't know just meh on top of some cool designs. Maybe with more images it might look better, but I don't think so. We must now look forward to the great vehicle images and those from New York Toy Fair early next year, as Howard Jones sang "Things can only get better" !
  17. I'm still not happy with the police station, a bit of a throw back to five years ago. Now for the minifigs, they are the high point of next year with new torsos and female hair with police hat. The police copters look to be five year ago throw backs also, why are the city designers being awesome one way and completely lazy another ? I feel the police station is going to be a miss for me, but the another sets even with crappy builds will be buys just because of the minifigs included in them. Seriously the city design team needs to be freshened up, we could do a job !
  18. There is very good reason that there is a 32x32 base plate, the photo studio is linked to the exterior stair case via the dentist office. Timing is perfect releasing details today of this awesome set as I'm about to start work on a new modular MOC a.s.a.p.
  19. SOLD ! I sold on it, it will fit so nice between the DO and BB I wouldn't place it as Lego has shown it - it's not really a corner building. And those new parts, oh, what could I do with those new tiles, etc.,. JB has done it again, raising the bar for all us MOC designers to aim for. I can't wait to read a review and then go to Myers next year to buy it.
  20. Awesome design and this one won't have it's stern eaten by a giant shark.......Lego don't make them that size. Brick On 'hachiroku' ! Footnote - have you considered posting this on Lego Ideas it might have a chance ?
  21. Is it just me or does the Riddler minifig look like he was from A Clockwork Orange ? I'm impressed with most of these sets, I guess the biggest set is the one everyone will want for all the characters and more play features than the last AA.
  22. OMG ! I just read something on Wikipedia - Assembly Square in real life is a shopping mall which has a Legoland Discovery Centre in it. So join the few dots and quote me on this "I believe it will be either a modular Lego store or modularised shopping mall (or row of stores)" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assembly_Square Only time will tell if I'm right or not, so let the guess game continue.
  23. Excellent work, I dig the fire truck and seriously the driver must have been on his or her mobile phone Brick On 'Firefighterlucas' !
  24. Thanks and well, that sticker went on not so good and CB is of course City Bank Brick On 'BrickHat' !
