  1. Good work there, it came out nicely You got a sub.
  2. I think you really caught the essence of the Lego sytle. One of my favourites so far.
  3. And this? Nope...Not with those blades, not with so many gears, not without anything stopping it from spinning around.
  4. So after popular demand I gave it a shot with a quadcopter. It's so very close, but the motors soon lock up and overheat. All in all I think I proven Lego can fly, but the motors have to be pushed to destruction point (and beyond, RIP my RC motor ). For now I am giving these exeperiments a stop before i break more stuff.
  5. Sorry, sorry Well i hope Jake's gonna like it.
  6. No, the pin-part has friction.
  7. By that logic electric locomotives also arent legit?
  8. Guess what guys... M motors can fly too!
  9. I'm not sure if I posted this tutorial here... Anyway its a small 4x4 powerd by 4 M motors for drive and 1 M motor for steering... Hope u guys like it!
  10. So this is what I managed to record:
  11. After adding 2 more batteries in series the whole contraption flies, I recorded it badly tough, and one motor broke (comutator broke off)...So now I only have 1 Rc motor left for flight (I wont risk 2 new ones), so yeah....I got ti to fly, but at a big cost.. I'm so angry I didnt record it properly
  12. Or use image stabilazing software.
  13. If these are both your movies, why are there different channels?
  14. I reuploaded the animation on my second channel and now it has no foul language :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCMEdZCXKdo
  15. I think clutch 16 tooth gears would be a better option here...they are smoother and a bit stronger.
  16. And electricl motors are most efficient when they are rotating at 3/4 of unloaded speed.
  17. I wont change the model, its done So you can show.
  18. You didnt pay attention when you inserted the 12 tooth gear. You iserted it when the steering rack was out of center. The easyest thing to do is just remove the pin holding the steering rack and readjust it by moving it sideways out and back in.
  19. Because I'm stubborn as **** I improved the tandem heli design, adding a synchronisating axle and I increased the main drive axle length. The model is now much more stable but still needs more juice: SOON GUYS, SOON
  20. Can you make a mockup of what you mean? Thanks...Yeah I got a bit limited by colors, having used mos bricks in other models.
  21. First I will mechanically sync both rotors.
  22. Good work, but IMO you can improve the looks and the tidyness (battery box just hanging in the cab). Keep on building
