  4. Survey filled Yes Lego Ideas is a greta platfrom but it has some restrictions. Still all in all if you have a great inspirational model with quality building techniques I think you can make it.
  5. Hi Dejc! What a great job you did with the crane! I love the way you manged to make a whole cab with the limited number of lime pieces. Nice job on the crane arm, its very functional. Can you explain how the stabilisers work?
  6. I agree, it really stands out (stands like on his feet ) The video was quite troublesome actually because I didnt have much good light, but I managed at the end. I think you should have tried. I mean I also know that its a very tough competition, but trying and failing is still better than not trying at all. Thanks! Hopefully Foxy will get lucky I totally agree! When's the last time we saw an offical animal from technic? Why? I'm not THAT good, just good enough Just 27+years of experiences I guess Thank you mate. Like they say variation is the spice of life
  7. Greetings! I suggest you to present your software in more detail in the Lego digital subforum
  8. Haha zombie shoppers! Thats funny.
  9. They are an awesome pair! I really like the chassis details, its nice you put so much effort in them even though they are not usually seen,
  10. I expereimented a bit with a front wheel drive vehicle that does not need a steering motor:
  11. 22 hours of non stop work? Wow, how many redbulls did yo have to drink Awesome work man!
  12. You could build a skid steering vehcile like a ripsaw or such?
  13. Not bad for a quick build! Though I dont know why they made such a large vheicle?
  14. It looks very close to the original: Maybe some custom stickers with light patterns would a dd a bit more detail, but its already awesome the way it is now. Nice use of minifig hair for the trees. What are the other trees made of?
  15. I no longer use the big CV because a portal axle allows me to: Have a higher ground clearance More gearing means less stress on diff or other bewel gears Less chance of something breaking.
  16. I like the whole blockbuster-like look. Awesome explosion too.
  17. Nope connectors do work, check the code pilot's bed. Its just that they are used for the different orientation.
  18. I like it! The transparent blue really adds a high tech touch to the vehicle.
  19. I usually build on the ground. In the colder days I put something over the floor so my but doesnt freeze Oh and some kneed padding would also be nice. Building stuff on table is hard because everything juts tends to fall down
  20. And of course the 4x6 bent liftarm is designed for this exact purpose. And the #3 and #5 connectors.
  21. I think this video may help you clear up the things: That C joints while 3x bigger was able to whitstand HUGE torque at high angles without slupping. This was made in time I didnt come up with portal hubs yet and there were no other alernatives.
  22. What an awesome combo of bionicle and more traditional plates, etc... I like her hat
  23. Thank you guys! I'm glad my assistence is appreciated. If you have any specific questions just poke me EDIT one more tip: When using two U joints, alway align them so they counteract each other's oscilations. This way onle the connecting axles oscilates, but nothing else. (the U joints have to have a simillar angle for this to work, example car axle and driveshaft)
  24. Whats the expiration date of your mental notes
