  1. I wonder what is the part ID of these rubber pieces? Should be listed on the back of BI.
  2. I think you are asking for Brickficiency. It is a software helping to buy pieces in a most efficient way.
  3. I like both models a lot! Proportions are on the spot. I wonder if they perform as good as they look?
  4. Oh my... that pile of PF stuff Is this all needed to build the MOC?
  5. I would also suggest building other people's MOCs, you can find a lot of instructions on Rebrickable. For example Nico71, Madoca1977 have good offroaders. You will find new techniques when building. And remember - you can't make a good MOC without failing couple of times!
  6. In eastern part of Europe LEGO is roughly 20% more expensive. So keep that in mind when converting RUB to EUR.
  7. There is whole topic dedicated to 3rd party tyres. There you'll find which tyres fit which wheels.
  8. Bigger picture would be great. Do these wheels replicate existing LEGO wheel 1:1 or new ones have better offset?
  9. Without proper grip turn around on it's own axis is almost the only thing tracked LEGO MOC will be able to do.
  10. BT module for WeDo is just a subsituation to previous USB one, which had poor performance earlier. I don't think we need to rely on currently introduced BT module too much. There should be something way more powerful for PF2.
  11. Well, WeDo 1.0 is PF's poor brother. Sariel reviewed it and it looks like power and functionality wise it is not even close to PF system. While connectors were similar to PF system, they were different. Same with WeDo 2.0 - new BT unit seems like designed for WeDo only. I would say this is just a preview and new M-motor is the only actual PF 2.0 element here. Looks like it is a time to stock pile on existing PF elements. PS. I find that electronics in LEGO are the least LEGO-like item. Each new generation is not completely in a system with previous one.
  12. Believe it would be better to ask for help via means described on Contacts page.
  13. Looks like it is just boxes that are being scraped. I think these parts are something that would be shared as LUG support as it was done with pieces from 8043 sets which had weak linear actuators in first batch and been removed from stores.
  14. Proper Remote Control system (compatible with PF) without help of IR and Bluetooth. BT is better option than IR, but let's be honest, who needs a controller (smartphone or tablet) where you need to look at it to make sure you use correct switch/function, that is without feedback. Physical, customizable controller would be awesome. Few more new gears (clutch and normal ones). New wheels same size as 44772/15038 with bigger offset.
  15. This for 18 EUR. BL Average price is 5x time more. Just few to mention: 14L Soft axle in Red 6L Dish in Red X-pod top and bottom covers in Red #4 connector in Yellow 20 pcs. of #4 white connectors
  16. There is no mystery here. Catalogs always include last year's models. The last one even had 42009, which is from 2013. This is definitely not THE reason - as they would rearrange, scale or move models to make space for just one middle range set.
  17. Sorry, for bumping this topic. I found it would be better to share relevant information in single topic, rather than to start a new one. I'm using Linux as well and wish to keep my LEGO digital building to native/Wine applications without help from virtual machines. Nothing really has changed in last more than two years since the start of this topic in terms of an issue. Both native and Wine apps are misbehaving - main model is just not being shown messing up the whole page formatting. I was just about to ask for help, if anyone found a way around when it just hit me! It turns out you can start using LPub with workaround mentioned above without help from Windows OS running in Virtualbox (or any other similar setup). You just need to put your LDR/MPD file in the root of "C drive" for existing Wine installation. In my case it is: /home/YOUR_USERNAME_HERE/.wine/drive_c
  18. German price is 59.99EUR
  19. Yeah, i would say the same.To original poster - why are you buying an IR remote when you already have receiver which always come with a remote in a set? You might bought a used set without a controller? I would assume, in your case, it is most likely an issue with your receiver. Edit. Are you using PF motors for testing? No extension cables with 9V motors, right?
  20. Are you in any other country that LEGO is officially present? You could try calling local customer service and ask to redirect to english speaking person or UK CS.
