  1. This is not something you see here on EB. While you have tons of wheels it doesn't look to be a a vehicle after all Keep improving your creation!
  2. I guess this a MOC of an old VW product.
  3. It is a Creator set! Too many System/city bricks.
  4. I have installed both MLCad and LDCad. Since I never used MLCad before I find it a bit too hard for novice people (maybe give it a try for some features in future). However LDCad is kind of friendly. These three guides were totally enough for me to start building whatever I wanted: User interface introduction Basic stuff Advanced stuff Following these guides exactly will allow you understanding how LDCad works. I see you mentioned pictures. Since you are building your own model you know how it was build. I would just sit and think how can this be built first, like general steps moving forward. But then again, this is easy when you know how stuff works. Thus why I suggested building some smaller official set first. As I made a mistake learned that you can build the whole MOC in one "step" and this will not allow you to produce instructions. You need to make steps on your own. And this is where giving a try with official set helped me a lot.
  5. I would understand if such request would come from fans. But if it would be asked by BL sellers.... no thanks. The sole reason BL sellers need such parts is to make money, not making these parts available to anyone.
  6. Started just at the end of last year and already made some instructions fore couple of my models. I found it easy to use LDCad and LPub (or LPub3D) for instructions. My only suggestion would be to give some time to: 1. Read basic guides for LDCad and LPub. These will explain how it works. 2. Practise on some small official LEGO model and making instructions (maybe). That will give you understanding where required parts are stored, how your model should be built, etc. 3. Build your own model.
  7. Website is being a bit stressed since update. Random pages and pictures are not really getting loaded some time.
  8. Cool offroaders. Body look to be a too small. What is the gear ratio? Those are Fishertechnik tyres.
  9. Model Team sets had at least a working steering or some other functions, not like modern Creator Expert series.
  10. Single picture with a link to another site with all the description? How hard is it to make a good initial post? Watermarking pictures such way doesn't seem to be good option as well.
  11. I have very similar setup as legolijntje, but want to add that.. Intel CPU integrated GPU would work fine as well.
  12. Not really. Actually it is always better wait about a year since release (that's for Technic), when discount is the most.
  13. Keeping in mind supercars many people have built recently I think LEGO might be trying to catchup with Porsche release. Would be nice if Blackbird compare it (when it becomes available) to the huge variety of Supercars he has ever built.
  14. Looks great! Ferrari is currently used IP (and it has been used previously extensively), thus sadly making no chance for positive review on LEGO Ideas.
  15. Couple of online webshops have already listed this item, so I suspect it won't be S@H exclusive.
  16. This one looks very nice. Should be easy for a driver to service engine without leaving a car
  17. I wonder guys, if you could help me. The model I have assembled use couple of 3L universal joints, which I used as separate parts to mimic exact position in a model. Now that when I process the file with LPub3D it lists all three pieces: Alright, I have found the way to assemble them into one piece using following code: 0 !LPUB PLI BEGIN SUB 61903.dat 0 !LPUB PART BEGIN IGN 1 71 -20 -32 -210 0 -1 0 -1 0 0 0 0 -1 62520.dat 1 71 -20 -32 -210 0.707 0 0.707 0 1 0 -0.707 0 0.707 62519.dat 1 71 -20 -32 -210 0.683 0.545 0.487 0.006 0.662 -0.75 -0.73 0.515 0.449 62520.dat 0 !LPUB PART END 0 !LPUB PLI END Which seems to be ok for the first problem. The nasty thing is that this single piece then turns into Black rather than LBG: Any ideas how to make this piece LBG again?
  18. I've checked the pic and it seems like stolen part isn't that small and placed pretty high. You cannot steal it unnoticed.
  19. I wanted this so much when I was younger (and still don't have it ), that I've built an extended version of 5590 truck to barely look like Black Cat. But I was happy with a mod. It is still assembled.
  20. You can attach motors directly, but don't keep it constantly in turned position. Sort of press and release.
  21. I wonder what would happen to model if Kiss would hit a storm. Is model glued?
