I found these official lego promo photos with lego sets as centerpieces of home pretty cringe. Firstly nobody builds these sets as on these photos, they always show completely nonsensical building process with every pieces perfectly alligned. Second these actors have impress like they build something out of this world. And they always feel like they are having best times of their lives. Its funny in cringe way. Third they always put build set instead television for example. For me some sets are rage inducing when building and space costly when they are building. But hey I love them... Its rewarding process at the end.

I love looking at big sets, but I rather buy more decent sized sets because of variety of build and theme of sets. I think Eiffel tower build will be very repetetive. Like first creator set was, this will be same but more polished. -

Definitely doesnt have room to display this, or that amount of money to spend it on single set in this economic situation. I definitely looking forward to another architecture sets like Giza Pyramid, thats perfect balance for me. These ultra duper mega sets are not my taste... Lego needs to balance, there are so many sets for 300 euro and above. -
I would like to say these two yellow tones are just headache thing... Not mention Duplo are flesh tones. Well I kinda understand why they stick with yellow skin tone for basic sets, they just outplayed skin tones issues for all sets, because licensed are based on movies. I heard that some people here are skipping Duplo, because these minifigures skin doesnt represent their family and doesnt represent people living here at all. So at the end I see yellow skin as neutral just win.

Unlicensed sets have neutral yellow skin tone for everybody, licensed sets reflect actors of movie. This is well known fact, if you think there is no enough representation just ask license holder like Disney. My bet LEGO only do what they tells them.

I love, how lego bring back buildable characters or brickbuild maxifigs... Its definitely type of sets, that many says it brings lego towards extinction in earls 00' . But as adult, I love these from display purpose. They even are blocky as used to be, perfection! Back in days, almost every toy store here had brickbuild maximinifigure in entrance. It was eyecatcher for me.

Its sad there is none Architecture rumour for 2023. I definitely want another set in Pyramid range, I mean they can stick with Seven wonders of world and do some ancient greek temple.

Timing in these cases are key... They get literally free market research and rob these fan designers in process. There was if I remember 1% cut for them from sales. So there goes the answer...

I completely forgot about ideas, I probably stopped with Ghostbuster HQ scandal... It was too much for my taste. Overall sets from Ideas are mostly nostalgia sets, that kind of nostalgia we never experienced here thanks to poltical situation, so its easy pass for me.

This is reason, why I love rebrickable and their community. That builder fixed broken lego design and save me another 150 euro for set. Definitely after seeing this MOC I ordered pyramid!

I only care about SC and similar cars in 8 studs wide scale. They are definitely best offender of fun and still will not ruin wallet. I only hope that Trains will have similar theme with wagons . About that 35 euro set, it can be something bigger than regular car. A team van, ECTO1, some truck or car with many accesories like BTTF Delorean and its variants. What could be very interesting will be SC car with tuning pieces.

I would that movie definitely watch, if they goes with parody route. Franchise that would definitely benefit from lego parody is Fast and Furious. Maybe James Bond cam blend into it and made it over the top agents parody flick. Not mentions these IPs have sets in lego form already...

He is always arguing with me on my every opinion, TLG never did bad according to him so there it is. I must say it to him, no offence. So its good that locomotive is sold a lot, but on secondary market. It only needs to have some future vision, I dont know...

Lego completely mishandle 90 anniversary, its total corporate "we "care" about history, so there is our most pricier throwbacks ever" . Imagine if they did set remakes of old sets across whole portfolio for anybody to purchase. No, instead we had one big castle for 400 euro, because sure these who were kids in 1980s can sure buy castle for this price without hesitation, they have nothing else to pay, yes?And that spaceship, again exclusive set because why not... Not mention set, that can be sold for 30 euro easily is gift to purchase...Mindblown mishandle...

It was Supra from speed champions, my first one It kinda ruined these headlights, worst usage of stickers ever, Luckily they understan, that it was mistake.

Its really good moc, fixes a lot problems that I have with that set. Cars that I like to have. More Bond cars as I say Delorean and Eleanor shelby GT500. From brands BMW and Mercedes.

I once had transparent sticker sheet, that was print on probably recycled paper. On stickers there were some black fibers from paper under. It ruined whole model I hate so much stickers in Speed Champions, so I only choose sets without heavily used, or when they are used very little or can be forget. From photos, videos stickers kinda ruin that DB5, because they are heavily colour mismatched.

I think of its popularity, its US franchise. Its sold out I think Anyway today I build both sets, when Charger offer more building time and much more pieces, final product is not special at all. I think there was room to make it better, but is somehat boxier than real car. But DB5, is for me probably perfect Speed Championship set all, final product its so sleak and very true to real car. Its bigger than classic SC cars and its for good. Sadly there cannot be fitted 4 minifigures, back seats are just for looks. And I would like brickbuild grille but these are prints, so its no problem. There is spare nozzle that works like gun and Bond figure is very similar to Craig, Vin Diesel figure not at all. I would buy another DB5 without hesitation, but Charger not. And both sets work well without stickers!

Typical movie tie-in sets, mostly underwhelming with license tax added. I was interested in mechs and vehicles. Mech looks really bad 4+ range and Samson, well its somewhat OK but there is container without purpose for me. Just imagine if one set will be just mech second set just helicopter. It will be perfect, well no. At least there is stand for helicopter, kudos for that!

Thanks, that interesting. I found that once in Agent from CMF series, now I use that piece as some kind of bad megablocks weapon. Its easy to modded it with technic pins, even with suppressors. I already prepared gun with suppressor for Bond minifigure, but another gun is welcomed.

Well it isnt gun its officialy nozzle . Its just our imagination that makes it perfect gun piece. When I studied DB5 before purchase, i think that nozzle can be easily replaced with another similar piece, so there is actually no need of it in set. But I think this piece is there just to sneak gun, because its always had spare one when its included.

I dont see lego bricks as problem, is there anybody to throw away bricks to bin? If yes they need to check their intelligence. Even if I have bricks used, they always find place in my MOCS. These bricks are valuable and last forever. I found one rare occasion bricks on street and I still had them now. There are so many problems that can be fixed only by banning them, are people prepared? No, we are past living in cave thing. Anyway they are only banning one use plastic, and lego that isnt. If I remember correctly they have in work new material, that fix plastic problem in lego sets for ever.
