    For AFOLs who don't care about the Bionicle line itself, one pleasant side effect is that all kinds of interesting and rare parts in rare colors were created for those sets, so... That will be nice if that pattern returns.

    Yeah, grum64 is a frequent and inspiring presence on the Technic board. I find myself enjoying building with LEGO even though I have clinical depression. It's certainly better than wallowing in misery.

    Who you gonna call? Bill Murray/Venkman's minifig is fantastic! Not really a 2014 Technic set, though.

    Much like how Modular collectors like to get multiple copies to make larger versions, I think you're right and that Flatiron could use a second copy to fill in some more middle floors for better accuracy. ...and what better place to make post #1000 than in Architecture discussion, the theme that pulled me out of the dark ages!'

    I'm not sure you translated my comment the way I intended... The sub-assembly of the cockpit floor and seat looks like a mini-ISD is sitting in the middle of the rest of the tank sub-assemblies.

    You guy's whining is NOTHING compared to what goes on in the SW forum... Over there, people complain about pretty much EVERYTHING that TLG does and doesn't do. My 'favorite' being the omission of minifigs based on characters with like 3 seconds of screen time as background extras. ...and what he said. \/

    As cool as that cross section is, I think that you can build this via sub-assemblies is a huge plus. I also love the Imperial Star Destroyer hiding out as the cockpit floor/seat.
