    I can't tell if that Ackbar is Ackbar, or a San'Shayuum from Halo... :) Even if a Nien Numb uses the regular figure head, I'd like the head print. I only have Ten Numb from the 2000-something B-Wing and he has that breather on his face :P

    All you need is all seven Episodes on Blu Ray; a Clone Wars complete box set, and a gaming console of your choice full of Star Wars games. And a copy of Spaceballs... Then this battle station will be fully operational!

    My Mother offered to but me some sets for my 22nd birthday. I asked her, and she bought me the First Order Transporter. I wanted to buy myself the First Order Battlepack and the Resistance Battlepack,but at checkout she took them from me and paid for them herself too. All I can say is, thanks mom! :)

    Many model railroaders use cork roadbed to dampen the sound of their trains. Check any model train shop, they don't make cork exactly for Lego track, so bring some track samples and ask them to help you find the correct cork size.

    Yeah I was hoping for a larger Echo Base; the Wampa Cave, the turrets, the Ion Cannon, and the Shield Generator all seem superfluous.

    No I think it is based on the idea Kenobi lived 20 years on Tatoinne, and we have no idea what he was up to. He might have for a while started a family, then for some reason had to return to solitude as a hermit. So the child of Kenobi would be in that case, Rey's parent; making her Kenobi's Granddaughter! Supporters of this theory point to the voice cameo of Ewan McGregor and Alec Guiness in Rey's vision scene. Of course this is all speculation! :) Don't think I am to connected to any theory, just trying to stay busy until Episode 8 arrives. :)

    I have heard a lot more "Rey is a Kenobi" comments showing up too; even my own mother is interested in that possible theory! Frankly, I just am not to excited we have to wait another year and a half to get Episode 8... Gahhhh! I want answers!

    If I ever do a Monorail, I think I'd use Power Functions to build a custom track. The Lego monorail that was released beck in the day looks more like an elevated tram or a People Mover than an actual monorail. I like what Jopiek said about the "new idea." The new idea looks like an actual ALWEG monorail type, and would be great to build a Disneyland style monorail with.

    Some of those combined models look UGLY. But that page about alien life with the Sluzer's planet behind it for some reason just yells "Christian Faber did this!!" to me for some reason. It matches his style soooo much; and halfway through reading I almost expected to spot the Great Spirit Robot somewhere. Someone should ask him if that work is his.

    I don't know if I'd buy all Lego in a "Groundhog Day looping" scenario. Maybe I'd take time to savor it. But how would I know about upcoming sets? Groundhog day is right before the Toy Fairs so I'd be stuck in an eternal loop of not knowing what us coming out in a few months!

    He says you are new is because by now most AFOLs are sick of clone troopers. There is an article on FBTB that says that we have enough clone trooper colors to fill a Crayola box... I agree that the 501st needs more figs, also the main character clones like Fives and Echo, and a Phase II Cody would be great. However other than those guys, I'm cloned out. ¡No mas por favor! :P I'd rather see new figs representing Rebel troopers, new Jedi figs, and more aliens; before I'd care to get another 12 clone troopers in different colors.

    Yeah studs out would be the only way to do it in a purist manner; although decals would actually look closer to life (especially since this design is a big deal!)

    I know this isn't exactly a MOC, but I just discovered a very unique Lego Train; in 1:1 scale. In 1999 it looks like Legoland California paid Amtrak to wrap one if their passenger cars in this advert. I can't get a link to work on my cellphone, but if you Google "Lego Amtrak Train Wrap" it comes up as that baseplate green car. So has anybody built this unique Lego Train in actual brick before? Looks like there would be studs facing everywhere if someone did it in real Lego.

    I especially like Kivoda's MODS. He felt laking in some areas, and I think you addressed all of his issues.

    Yeah that chain coupler looks good for European trains. Remove the buffers and chains and leave the link and it looks like it could be early American Link and Pin couplers.

    Sorry to drop this here; but what is the best way to watch Rebels? I watched all of The Clone Wars on TV when I was in High School; but now that I am in College, I am no longer living at home with my family so I don't have a fancy TV set up. Furthermore my parents canceled their advanced Dish subscription to help pay for my schooling... so they don't have Disney XD anymore (they still have normal Disney though). When Rebels premiered I was living in South America; so I can't just DVR the random episode on Disney Channel to catch up either. And it is not on Netflix at all! So should I bite the bullet and buy the first season on DVD to catch up? I have heard that it is good, and the few episodes I have watched (on a Delta Airlines flight of all places!) were fun.

    Well Kopaka Phantoka is easy to skip, since Solek is kind of the most mocked Bionicle figure these days... But you have all the forms of Pohatu (including his vehicle form?) Sweat! Would love to see that review!
