Welcome to the Netherlands, homeland of roundabouts. Every 100 meters there is one, in some parts. Where I live now, there are roundabouts about every 500 meters. Yeey. Ofcourse on the highway there are none. Most of them are quite small, but some are huge, like 50 meters diameter.

Nice work! Love the story, the build. Also good to know the next challenge is in Mitgardia. Whomever or whatever we must fight, bring it on! My sword is ready, my horse is restless. Time to go to whatever battle is coming!

Those arrow halfs are great for MOCs! The helmet and crossbow are true pieces of art. And the shield also looks good! Will you also do more Viking items? Like a spear, short sword, seax, leather helm, two handed axe?

Today I got forced to go shopping for clothes (apparently I don't spend money on new clothes, but on Lego). I didn't buy any clothes, as there was nothing I liked, but then I saw a nice toy shop. I went in there, and came out with 79002 Attack of the Wargs at 50% discount. It was the last Hobbit/LotR sets they had, and it had a bit box damage. As I don't keep the boxes, that was not a big deal. I paid 30 euros for a 60 euro set. I did already have it, but it has nice parts. And it comes with 2 wargs! Who doesn't like that?

Well, we just got to wait and see who is in the set. My money is on Dain Ironfoot, not on a generic dwarf soldier. True, we might get him in a polybag, but not in the set.

Open it! Use all of it! Love all of it! I was foolish enough to not buy it, and I hate myself for that. So, go get yourself one and love it!

I have only ordered from bricklink, and it came disassembled. So I got the joy of actually building some Black Falcon sets .

Indeed, I have re-watched the trailer, but didn't see him. So I really hope to see the official pics soon.

Orthanc is a great set. I have it for quite a while now, and still every time I see it, I get this feeling, don't know how to describe it. It is just such an amazing set, very tall (had to alter the shelves for it). Hope you also enjoy it!

Probably something like exploding stairs orso. Couldn't think of much else. The boxart looks great, but 120 or 130 or whatever euros is just too expansive for me . I do want this set very badly, even I didn't really like it at first. Now to wait for the other sets get decent pics.

As said, the more I look at the sets, the more I want them. Definitely going to buy them all, maybe two of lake town (to make the tower more towery, now it looks like it is hardly going to stick out above the other lake town set), but I will wait for smaug till he goes on sale. 120 or 130 or whatever is just too expansive. Man, I wish the official pics came out, in HD. Just to see them in their full glory.

Right now it is a mash up between these two: (last one is Anakin's hair, or just look at my sigfig!) I want to have something like this: In black/blueish. Or something like this: Just long, not very much taken care of hair. Last one seems to fit me best. Darth Brickus, nice hair! Or wait, nice none hair?

I like Picture reviews better, unless there is some moving stuff in the set, that you can show in the video and not with pictures. If the picture review is good, I don't watch the video review. Sometimes I can't find the picture review and then I watch the video, but only if l can't find the picture review.

And when TLG starts using sideleg printing and arm printing, it gets cheaper. Look at leg printing. A few years ago we didn't get any. Now you have to search for figs without leg printing (other then city and generic castle soldiers). Same with back printing. We can't think of a fig now without backprinting, but back in 2009 orso, we didn't get any. I for one love the increase of printing, but I agree, some figs just have too much details.

What is the reason behind TLG putting the orcs from LOTR and the first wave in the sets? Not the orange Gundabad orcs? And why not give some of the orcs the shoulder spike armor? That would have been so much better.

The new orc hairpiece would make a great Ragnar Lothbrok (viking tv series) hairpiece. Just a random thought. Still don't like it much. Would have loved it to see a new orc helmet.

Are we absolutely sure there is not coming another wave? Or some huge exclusive set, like tower of Orthanc was for LOTR? The more I look at the sets, the better they become. Still, I wished for Iron hill dwarfs, but the sets are growing on me.

No Iron Hill dwarf? No Bolg? No elf warrior? Legolas? 2 Bards? Azog? Tauriel? Good thing there are orcs, unfortunately not armored orcs. I don't like the new hairpiece for the orcs, looks very weird. Lake town set is decent enough, but why not replace Tauriel with Bolg? That would have been perfect. Smallest set looks good. BO5A set, Darth Caedus covered it. Crap set. I wanted at least 1 iron hill dwarf, 1 generic elf (NOT Legolas), generic orc, BOLG!, Warg, Eagle, Bear Beorn, Dain. No crowned Thorin per se. He looks cool nonetheless. Drop Bard, Azog, Legolas and include other figs and molded creatures. I think I will pick it up, just because I don't have Azog yet, but I will wait till sale.
