  1. LOL, what is that? You have about $150 worth of wheels?
  2. Average used price for just the wheel is around $15 Used Tires Average around $8.50 each. Didn't the 5563 have slightly different wheels? I think the tires were the same though.
  3. As Efferman said HERE they are.
  4. Do they have tires on them or just wheels?
  5. Uh, isn't the whole point of a forum to express your opinions? Much like you just did in the opening post to this thread? I highly doubt that you'll find any Technic forum out there that compares with this one. Look how many great builders post here and share information. Seriously, where else can you find this?
  6. Can't wait to get this set. It looks great! Does anyone know the U.S. release date yet?
  7. If I am not mistaken, didn't this same issue happen way back with the online instructions for the 8297 offroader B-Model? I assume that offering online instructions really isn't their top priority and they get them out there when they can.
  8. The 8110 unimog is nice because it has a bit of everything.
  9. Wow, that is early. They also had the 8070 supercar over a month early. Someone needs to get this and find out the new part numbers.
  10. Didn't someone say that the 2nd half sets only contained one motor?
  11. Hopefully the monster truck isn't a small set. Hopefully it is a mid-tier set like the Helicopter last year.
  12. I wonder if the first Zelda project even got to the license phase or if they just stopped it at the mold issue? So this new Zelda project doesn't have new molds? It certainly looks like it does. If the first one got declined, this probably is as well. They'll probably find an excuse in their rules that eliminates it because let's be honest, what got the first Zelda to the goal was the theme, not the need for new molds. This would be very unfair to the original Zelda 10k project if this passed.
  13. So all of the parts are easily obtainable?
  14. Wow, this will get to 10,000 in no time. However after just reading the Official Lego Comment, it seems that they are already informing Sheepo that there are some issues with size, cost, and legal building techniques. It is almost like they want him to change up the model, but eliminating some of the cool features would go against what got it all of those supports in the first place.
  15. I think Red/White would look really nice together!
  16. I doubt an R-rated violent movie will compare to PG-13 fantasy movie with a huge following.
  17. Does Tyler Reid still build cars? I found his work at crowkiller's website, but there doesn't appear to be anything new from him in some time.
  18. Sorry Erik, I was mostly just talking about the 2 video games in comparison. I didn't mean to reference the other comments towards you at all. I should have worded them differently. Getting back to the Zelda project. I backed the Zelda project basically on the theme and not new molds as I would suspect everyone else did as well.
  19. Yes, but "Zelda" is a household name. My 65 year old father even knows what Zelda is primarily about as do my 2 young boys. So it is obvious that Cuusoo needs to come right out and say please "Do not offer up any projects or ideas that require new molds" So they might as well go through all of the projects that are requiring new or altered parts and eliminating those projects now.
  20. This could be so cool! I hope that you used 19L Black flexible axles on it.
  21. Wait a minute, so the person who is responsible for the Back to the future project does in fact work for Cuusoo(or has)? So for all we know this could have been planned a long time ago and they knew they were going to put it into production and used Cuusoo to promote it. And then make it look like Cuusoo is actually giving the fans what they want by releasing it. I think Cuusoo really needs to come out and inform people if an idea or model is too large for their concept. Because I honestly do not think that Cuusoo will ever release anything large no matter how big of a demand that there is. In fact the only project that I see them green lighting in the future is the Mars Rover project. And I am even talking about the current top 6 models that are on Cuusoo included with the next batch waiting for review. That is just it, they are already making these things(or similar) so how can they really go with it? In my opinion, Cuusoo really needs to be much stricter with what is accepted into their system as an idea because the way it looks, 99.9% of the projects there more than likely don't have a prayer of ever making it.
  22. I am certain that the People at Cuusoo have a good idea which projects are going to never happen when they are entering the final stretch. There are a few of the top supported models which they have basically told the designer that it is unlikely that their project is going to happen. This is another reason why they really need to alternate the main models on their website instead of featuring the top 6 all of the time. There are many models that have a better chance of actually becoming real sets than than the current top 6 or even top 10. Every week the 10 most supported models have the same top 6 in them.
  23. So does this mean that every other Zelda project should be scrapped? The 4th most supported project is another Zelda one. If this current project gets to change it's molds and what not, that isn't quite fair to the guys that already achieved the 10,000 supports. If Lego really wanted to use the project, they could have changed it themselves. Afterall, they are going to change and alter every project anyways, so what is the difference? There is no way that it is going to pass. If they denied the Western town because of the Lone Ranger theme, then the Space Marines(or troopers) has zero chance because of the Galaxy Squad theme.
  24. Well it's not like it is going to be a very large or intricate set. That was probably the first of the Cuusoo projects that Lego went after since it was the simplest of them all. They probably have had all of the licensing issues taken care of months ago. It will be interesting to see how the designers change the model around to fit their standards. I think they just picked the smallest and easiest one to work with. Not only that, but now Lego can also say that 1% will go to the MJF Parkinson's disease charity since the guys who came up with this idea said that was what they were going to do.
