  1. I admire the cleverness of building techniques that seems to constantly evolve every year with the new sets.
  2. Looks like they're in Wonder Woman's invisible jet and one of the new Agents sets. I would like to get a few of those and swap out the trans black ones in my red model of Paul's Phantasm Turbo.
  3. I don't really like the idea that stickers are required to enhance the appearance of a model. A model should at least look good without them. I agree that the appearance of the 24 Hour Car is rough.
  4. No, I meant the pieces above the front wheels.
  5. The decal work is just as impressive as the model itself. What part did you use for the front fenders?
  6. I think the body looks great. As stated above, this is a Technic model. However, I think that it shares a bit too much in common with this one though. Many of the build techniques throughout the body are exactly the same.
  7. So can this be built with the regular flex axles or do they need to be modified?
  8. I think they are done the same way as this model. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=93676&st=0
  9. I have been watching this progress on brickshelf for a few months now. Great car and a great color scheme. Does it also use the same suspension/axle set up from the vampire gt?
  10. I built most of crowkiler's cars. Vampire GT, Phantasm Turbo, Gallardo, Porsche, etc Jurgen's sunbeam I started Sheepo's Land Rover but never finished Madoca's Corvette
  11. Such a shame that someone would resort to stealing videos just to gain subscribers.
  12. This bricklink store still has a few in stock along with the gears. That is a really ingenious idea.
  13. Having built both Madoca's Vette and crowkiller's Phantasm turbo this year and seeing the new designs and ideas they used, I would have to say they were more than deserving to be included somewhere. Also that F40 is also well deserving.
  14. Does the 42039 have a release date yet? I see a seller on Ebay from Germany has been selling them and claims to have them in hand.
  15. Nice Review of the parts. I really dig that chassis set up.
  16. I called up Lego to order parts last week and they said they were not taking part orders until next month unless they were replacement/broken parts. And they couldn't even give me an actual date.
  17. Lego had XL motors on sale along with a bunch of other Technic sets last week.
  18. The B-model looks pretty cool. Just wish the A-model had better visual appeal. The structure looks great, but the body not so much.
  19. You could always just order the 1x16 Technic Bricks from Lego. They probably have more than enough to go around.
  20. Got my copy of the book. It is very well done and well worth the money. My only critique is that the models could have been balanced out a bit better. Some models have a 6 page spread with a dozen pictures while other ones only have 2 pages with just a couple pictures. It could be just the lack of resources or material for all I know.
  21. Looking forward to the B model of the 42039. The A model still looks a bit bland.
  22. That's good though. 12 is still kind of a rare part. I think the 8070 was the last to have them.
