  1. brilliant! I'm looking to do a motorbike. A harley is just what we need. There was a harley davidson centre near me so I saw, and still see, them at weekends. They pass through in droves. H
  2. Good video. I like your shifting mechanism. if you want it to walk faster you will need to look at weight saving, adding more motors or changing the walking mechanism but i'm yet to see something that size move quickly. It's a tricky one but i'm sure there is a solution to make it go quicker. H
  3. That tow truck looks briliant. You've been very busy. H
  4. try and get 8258, it's one of the best sets. If not then try and order the seperate parts and download the instructions. That's what i'm doing. H
  5. Oh heck. I'm wondering if it will need more legs. I made one of these in my serious return to technic and it struggled and this was without a mounted battery pack. There are plenty videos on youtube of walking models. I think it's just trial and error but I would seriously consider a lighter battery pack and test as you go. A video of it in action would be nice. H
  6. A good design. I like it and will build one myself later. Thanks for sharing. H
  7. That's a beauty. I've never bought a lego bike but I would consider this one for display purposes. A great build and the front page is deserved. H
  8. That's a great build. I've not watched the video yet but I love what I see. I love the mix of lego's. H
  9. Hi, A very good start. I don't think a full red colour scheme would suit it. You will need to add in another colour somewhere. clarkdef has mentioned exactly what I want to say. I suppose now we can get white beams via customer service. H
  10. Thanks guys, I won't motorise it just yet as I don't have a servo motor. On the colour side I let my imagination go wild a bit. I need to sort out the embedding of images though. Also, it's on jacks at the moment. H
  11. I like your contructions so far. Hope they take the weight of the crawlers. H
  12. A lovely creation and I like the mix of technic and rail tracks. Nice colour as well. I've not watched the video yet. H
  13. Well done. That is up there with all the other mammoth dozers and excavators I've seen. Truly brilliant and it will inspire others to build to that scale. H
  14. That's looking good so far. The only negative thing I can say is the grey wheel hubs take something away from it. Can you look at using other wheels, if you have any of course. Maybe the wheels from 42000. H
  15. It will be nice to see it in motion. H
  16. Hi, Here is my final build /version of Mate Lipkovics Little Rally Car. I think of this as more of a touring race car. I did not have the same parts as Mate so improvised, as we always do with lego. It has the same functions, adjustable seats, opening doors, opening front boot and rear tailgate. See images on my flickr stream. I must set up a brickshelf account. http://www.flickr.co...in/photostream/ H
  17. Could we consider using parts from a particular set, might have been mentioned before, and maybe add in a pneumatic, PF, LA's and see what we can build with it. If I go way back as a lad I only had two sets but the parts amused me for years. We could get the parts list from brickset, colours would not matter and those who are interested and have the parts take on the build, the rest of us can vote. H
  18. All are excellent models and reflect the real life models. There is a lot of building taking place where I live, and another new shopping centre is to be built also, so lots of opportunity for inspiration. H
  19. When I first saw the topic heading I thought of pneumatics. Was not expecting LA's to be used but it shows what you can do with the different techniques. H
  20. A unique build. i've not seen that sort of truck before. I'm sure you will master it. Let us see the completed model. H
  21. That's a great buggy, the stabiliser wheel at the rear was a good idea as I can see it toppling over when you get carried away with it. It's strong too. Those motors need to make a comeback. H
