  1. Thanks Blufiji! Thanks Balbo! Thanks Jacob I'm a little frustrated about most of the action being hidden from the camera though. Not the first time I've messed that up, probably not the last. Thanks SK! I figure the sandy Kaliphlin soil probably doesn't stay put, so some erosion ought to happen from time to time.
  2. The tree looks goofy here - especially since, frankly, we know you can do so much better. I completely understand the time constraints though. It's also dang near impossible to counter these!
  3. Good luck Ska! Real life should always take precedence over any hobby. I hope your family stays well!
  4. Thanks Garmadon! I thought a "simple" trap would be something different for this WZ. Thanks LJ! Trees take forever! Glad you like them!
  5. HA! A most excellent use of those goofy Friends minidolls.
  6. I feel like the river ought to be a key part of this warzone, but your tower is pretty sweet. What's the blue piece on top? It's great to see some flying carpets too! (even if they're on the wrong side )
  7. "I am GROOT!" Oh, wait... Hilarious build Jacob, I'm getting a bit of a Scooby Doo vibe from this one that I kind of like.
  8. Thanks Captain! Thanks Kai, the dark one falls apart if I look at wrong but I guess that comes with the territory
  9. Nice concept and a nice MOC! Doing the pontoons like that is a cool idea.
  10. Really great MOC! I like the humor.
  11. Beautiful build Graham!
  12. After a few years of only building castle, I'm happy to start building in SPACE! Chuck Silver, better known as Eagle-Eye Silver, is an explorer for Octan Corp. He earned his nickname due both to his notable proficiency with both twin blasters and long range rifles and his almost uncanny ability to find awesomnium deposits on unknown worlds. Eagle-Eye Silver's favorite transportation method is his awesomnium-powered jetpack, which he finds incredibly useful for quickly scouting alien planets and of course escaping the resident angry aliens!
  13. Here's my 100x100: Eagle-Eye Silver signing up for Octan as an Explorer! Yeah, well, the other two companies have some rough color schemes for my LEGO inventory. As a proud Mitgardian, I can build in white forever!
  14. Glad to see this warzone revisited! After Arcannon Cresentthorn pledged his support to the High Council to help battle the Desert King, High Council forces set to rounding up Arcannon's brother's supporters in the Wither Woods. The first traitorous elf hit the ground hard but the second managed to hang on to the line for a few seconds. It didn't matter though as they were both restrained and marched off to Arcannon's camp for questioning. More on Flickr, C&C appreciated!
  15. Blatantly ripping off the Hobbit , but another solid MOC Jacob! That spider is way better than the TLG ones in the Mirkwood set.
  16. Love it! The retro-ness is all the awesomnium you need
  17. I'll be joining Octan as soon as I get pics taken of my sigfig. Hopefully later tonight!
  18. That's a really sweet mech!
  19. I love that HUGE cage! Building only a corner of the big tree was a cool choice too.
  20. Ah, I was wondering how the "nose" was attached. I see it's more "trapped" than "attached". Thanks robuko!
  21. Solid build! I really like the giant bay window--perfect for an observation lab.
  22. That sub has some great shaping, but I'm not sold on the parts decisions for the two forward prongs. Smooth surfaces seem more appropriate for submarines to me. The cockpit setup seems really interesting, any chance for a clearer pic of that? As to the pilot vs. driver, I think the 2D vs. 3D control argument makes the most sense. A true hovercraft, though it technically "flies", is constrained to moving in 2 dimensions. Submarines move in 3 dimensions. Speeders & hovercars I'm not sure about--but it almost makes sense to me to grant points to both pilots and drivers for these.
  23. Completely agree!
  24. Great build Adair! I do think the ground could have done with one less color, but the castle part is phenomenal
