    So I built it only with existing bricks/colors. I'm pretty sure the connection between the yellow and red (head) sections is too weak, but there is room inside to reinforce it. And I didn't include space for feets... Just take a look at the lxf file

    Thanks. Yes original design, but inspired by a few SW ships. I won't build it due to the cost. The ambassador is probably in the docked shuttle There is a hangar on the underside.     Zenith escort cruiser The Zenith was designed to escort diplomatic missions. It's sizes are 800 meters long, 240 meters wide and 290 meter height. (1 stud = 5 meters) Four main engines and three thrusters allow the Zenith to achieve high speeds comparing to ships of the same size, both in sub-luminar and superluminar speed. It has strong deflector shield, that could also protect any docked ship. The armament is composed of 3 twin-mounted turbolasers, 20 double laser turrets, ion cannon, concussion missiles and proton torpedos. (Click on pictures for bigger version) I tried some building techniques with the Zenith. First time I used bricks for the hull instead of plates. I let you guess which SW ships inspired me I'm not really happy with some areas, but I had to stop working on it. I also messed up the lighting, so the white areas are hard to distinguish of the light grey ones The internal structure is strong, and define 5 modules: the head, the center-front, the center-back, the engines, and the sides: Here is the LFX file

    My version of the SSD isn't finished, and I don't want to share the instructions for until I'm completely satisfied with it. You should look for Anio's one here

    There was a problem with the sig-generator when you put "0" in the xp field, the bottom part of the form didn't show up. Sorry about that.

    Thanks Mood Today I checked the size of the defender on wookieepedia, and Iwas surprised to read that its length is 94m, and 71m width... It's almost 3 Millenium falcon long and 2 wide... So compared to the shuttle which is 4 studs long for approximately 20m (the size of a tyderian shuttle), the defender should be 19 studs long The cruiser I'm working on was going to be around 400m long (160 studs), but if I keep both the defender and the cruiser with their actual sizes, the cruiser would be 1600m long...

    Looks very good. The mini cloud car adds depth to the scene I xouldn't replace the Ant Eater, but that's your choice (yeah I know, it helps a lot )

    I tried to use the tap piece, but it didn't looked good... That big thing is... a big thing I hope to finish in the next days I might try to build a fury, but as you see the defender is just here to dock onto what I'll call "the main dish" And I always build big things in LDD... Something to compensate, that's what she said Edit: Forgot to link the LDD file here

    Thanks. I also can't wait to show it to you, but I still need to place a lots of bricks I always forgot to use the fez! It was a very good suggestion, so I rebuild the Defender and that new version seems a lot better. The shuttle has no reference, I just wanted something like an ancient tyderium shuttle.     I agree Alien Conquest need some love Maybe a redesign, but as you said it fits both space and city themes
