  1. I don't really want to get into this topic, but I think it is worth mention the importance to investigate the other side of the coin as well. I just checked the YT chanel of Helge (20 second google task, really). Honestly, I think You should just ignore him, whatever how bugging he is, to me it seems like he has some mental difference, so he actually might not be able to realize the emotional or moral impact of his activity. Not to mention, what real harm he has done? I don't think he is the real LEGO criminal, who must be digitally stoned here. Case should be closed in my opinion. Anyhow, get rid off the steam and high blood pressure in this topic, keep on building for fun, innovation and creativity will be always ahead of thieves!
  2. Long time no LEGO for me, but for explaining what kind of tool we need in our production, Technic was the obvious choice. Unfortunately not enough panels for nice appearance.
  3. Great project, long time one, which makes me excited. Fingers crossed, it does look promising, with clever solutions!
  4. Wait, somebody just said LEGO UCS MILF? I am very interested now...
  5. What about diving into the sea of sin, and lubricate all the gearings (silicon spray)? If the phenomenon still remains, than it must be indeed rebuild required.
  6. I join to Didumos, +1 for Lipko's Light Sport Aircraft.
  7. Well worth the wait, top notch level, as it was expected from You Máté! Thank You for sharing it.
  8. Brave move, very accurate and clean result. For me it is legit - nice truck as well!
  9. You formulated this very well, it is like going from mass production cars to race engineering.
  10. Brilliant build, really like it! The only detail what I don't get, is:
  11. 15: 104: 65: 43: 314: 210: 1 Such great theme and entries, thanks for the entertainment for all of the builders, I really liked all of them!
  12. Fair point, might be possible to ask for special permission though. Whatever, we are waiting for the final build, looks very promising!
  13. @Lipko Wait, there is no [TC15] tag in the topic title! Does it mean, You will not enter to the contest? I hope this is not the case...
  14. Very unique build, wasn't sure about its feasibility at the beginning, and now I really like it! You have my vote for sure.
  15. I was thinking more about the Porsche sets. I stand my opinion, and I don't expect any B-model. In case there will be one (and there are pretty damn good machines at Liebherr's pallet), I will be only positively surprised. This is my life strategy, I call it "realistic pessimism", till now it worked well, I had quite few real disappointments.
  16. As it is a licenced flagship set, I wouldn't expect any B model. I say, keep the expectations low regarding this.
  17. I am happy about this set, it has new electronics, a lot of motors, still it has quite some gears, and new parts. Also the looks is spot on, something very MOC like. This IS the set we were claiming for for years, and be honest, such a monster build in any MOC costs the same, easily. We can be still sure, TLG's set price is still lower in PPP, than all the Bricklink orders for a comparable build. The innovation is the right way to overtake copycats (even if it doesn't last for years), finally TLG did the right move, I really appreciate this fact. Let's see how the new electronics work, how well this elephant is built, for now I see nothing to complain.
  18. I am seriously impressed! A lot of new stuff coming, the models and the collaboration with Liebherr sound promising.
  19. This video has better picture quality + some information too:
  20. I think @M_longer You might sound a bit harsh on your first comment, but we know Your straightforward style . Still, some encouragement and enjoying the shared fun of the hobby doesn't hurt, we all started somewhere, right? @ace_klimax Welcome to the forum, nice approach on a C-model. Though indeed the 42049 is not the greatest set ever, there is some nice alternative solutions which worth to look at (bucket, engine). I hope you had fun time to create both the real model and the digital one! I agree with M_longer about not to update this one, the 42043 has much more potential as part pack, so why not to build more C models in the future?
  21. I am surprised how low is the activity about this set. I absolutely LOVE it, looks like a must have beside Metalbeard's Seacow... Also, video review is online for a while: And speed build:
  22. Thanks for the great reviews, I really enjoyed to watch them! Professional work.
  23. Holy shiny tires! This is looking more complex I could ever imagine! So, I can not really add more than a thumb up for now, maybe if You reach the rear light are, I will be back.
  24. We are on the same page - just a bit different wording. BTW: I am sad to see, how much the ABS white and the sticker white colors differ on this particular set. This would be a serious issue to me (if I would buy) - not to mention, how much better it looks without stickers.
  25. I don't get the idea of asking for replacement in case of review. Reviews are about observations, presentation of a shelf ready products here. If those contain bad parts, handling issues, etc., to show and point it out, is part of the review. It is important feedback for us (as end users) and also for TLG. So if the fender parts are misprinted, it must be presented as it is. TLG must be aware of this issue, and must be ready to re-check their quality processes, and to replace all the parts with errors for end users.
