  1. Hello Guys! First i hope Jono will not be mad, but i found his creation couple of days ago, and it just must be promoted! Very good shaping, and technic + BI! Check his site on MOCpages: Jono's 8043 Bulldozer Thanks Jono for sharing! * This is NOT my MOC, i just LOVE it, and everyone should.
  2. Hi, i always loved the vehicles in World Racer series, and yesterday i was weak (and lucky) to hit on ebay - all NEW and MISB! 8864 - 27 Eur 8899 - 14,5 Eur and 8863 - it was only 15 Eur, so i was ... grabbed two of them... Attention: there is one left, if you are interested: HERE
  3. So small, and so great are they!
  4. No, Angus wears it.
  5. Thanks guys! Absolutely correct... actually this is the part, and i wouldn't want to burnish it. Maybe later on if i will have the mood. Thanks for the hint!
  6. Hi All! After being amazed from several custom figures, i decided to take a bite in this world as well. Don't be afraid to criticize! + bonus: (inspired by Pecovam)

    Mega Bloks

No problem at all, there is no stupid question. Beijinho! p.s.: altough Mega Bloks is just not my cup of tee - it is pure the "not matching quality for my taste" issue -, if i would buy some, i would still give them for children in need, instead of the bin.

I disagree a bit, why not to walk with open eyes... it could bring inspiration, end evolution for us. And anyway...:

    Sluban Tank MOC

Thanks! Actually the base of the chassis with the tracks and the very base of the turret remained and extended. Since i am not a military type (I just like machines...), i don't know the proper types of the tanks, once i saw on Discovery the Abrams tank episode - there was the engine in the back. I just changed it according to my taste, so any match with the reality is pure accident. Please do not search for professional touches in it. If anyone is interested in the BI of the original set, here You are: My link Scroll down to the description of the article. Yes, the original design was made by Oxford, and then Sluban "took it over"... Glad to see a comment from such a famous builder! Bye!
  10. Hi All! I just liked the shape of the Sluban Merkava, and i ordered one. During the build i was a bit dissapointed due to the lot unused space - and to make it more serious, i decided to pimp it up. Here is the result, enjoy! For bigger details click here. So, this was my trip with Sluban, now back to Lego business.
  11. oh people, what have i done... evil2
  12. Hi, nothing important, just here. Anyway, my only Star Wars set... Flickr

    Mega Bloks

Hi All! I never tested MB, the cause is really simple: i will not pay the same or higher price for something, which has obviusly much-much less quality (I saw the pieces) than Lego. But trully, even Sluban products have better feel for me and my hands. Generally to clone brands: i tested now couple of them: Oxford - perfect, Sluban - OK, Enlighteen - quite ok, BanBao - no way...i sent it back and traded for Sluban. I have no problem to use "alien" or even modded parts, if the design wins with it. Honestly we all here, who keens on Lego, we do well. Our life is good, we can satisfy ourselves with such premium products. Meanwhile i built my Sluban sets, i thought, that: i don't care about patents, and argues about what is real and what not, it is a toy. What does impress us in Lego? The building experience, to create something, to put our visions into reality. I think it is really good, that a LOT of children can experience this great feeling, altough they or their parents could never afford Lego - i know what i am talking about... In this point of view i do believe in clone brands: maybe they are not another shitty plastic pieces, but smiles on children faces. Do not take anything too serious! I will not start a debate here, i just told my opinion. And I play Lego.
  14. Well at the beginning i made also some toughts about, and altough i am perfectionist, i faced immediately with the next problem: i am lazy too... So ladies and gentlemen, prepare your index fingers! To the OM 3307: both designs are really cute, i am already to work them over for some civil service (forestry, etc).
  15. Thanks Sir!
  16. Hi! I was looking for testing clone brands, and as Oxford was mentioned as one of the best, i decided to go for it. The only range of their spectrum is the military line, where i was interested in, but only because of the designs. I will not change our most loved Lego sets in other themes. :) After surfing a lot, i was not able to find really good reviews (at least the pictures are not able anymore). So here are my 2 cents (pictorial review): Oxford OM 3301 review and some pics about other sets: Oxford OM 3302 Oxford OM 3307 Enjoy! @admins: sorry, for some reason i can not start new topic in Community, please move this into the right topic.
  17. Good ideas! ... csak így tovább!...
  18. Inspirating! Thanks!
  19. Like the bear! Kidding... i do like the whole thing!
