    Well power function for me is the main reason of building things... It adds challenge to the building process :)

    that's a good idea sariel! but: i'm 99% purist and i think that your idea could be nice if everyone could have one of those :) as long it isn't so, it's something that only people with some experience (and tools) can have

    it's kinda nice but i would add sits and steering wheel too :P maybe use also some other colors...blue and white is nice, blue and yellow too

    hmmm! i like your idea of making a large car but i don't know how much rc motors can make it! i mean probably for that scale you'd need 2 L motors...even because i guess that at the moment you're at 800-900g isn't it? with the body the weight is gonna increase more!

    hmmm not yet and i can't even test anything for now... anyway i will connect the gear selector to the rear differential so when the low ratio is selected the differential gets locked for a better climbing

    yea it could be but it has to be braced someway to the chassis so it doesn't dismount :P

    hi guys! im away from my legos for some days but i have something i didn't show you :) this is my idea for a high and low ratio gearbox for a 4x4 that im doing.... i think it's nice because it's only 3 studs wide and it's 5 studs from the input to the output it also hosts a free axle for an eventual second function such as a steering system hope you like it and it's gonna be useful

    the spring im using is a custom one but i think it should be like the soft one from lego....but im not sure that i'll keep on using this one till the end :) it's a work in progress still eheh yeah it totally doesn't need plastic wheels at all XD about the turning circle: do you have a differential? that makes some difference :)

    yeah there is one! but they're more focused on standard legos with minifigs rather than technic :\ i have an idea xD whenever you guys want to see Rome in your life, bring your trucks and call me

    well with the diff i've noticed it drifts anyway but it's more controllable...otherwise it's a wild animal :D
