Hi everyone! In the meanwhile i'm building my next car, i've made this small pit-bike. For those who don't know, pit-bikes are a sort of mini dirt bikes usually 80 - 90 cm tall...that explains the handlebars overdimensioning and the wheels size :) Hope you'll like it! ps: in these pictures there's a gear missing xD i forgot that...anyway the fake engine works and in another colour scheme with the italian flag i also readded the missing gear :)

Compact driven front live axle
piterx replied to piterx's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
that surely looks right and strong, the only problem is that, with the wheels i'm using, it's gonna have less ground clearence because of the lower arm -
Compact driven front live axle

Actually its stronger than it may seem thanks to the black beam on top! If i press it a lot with my hand the wheels bend a little but the cv doesnt pop out :) and anyway the model wont be heavier than a kilo -

hmmmm can't do that because otherwise it's gonna move the pivot point a stud towards the differential anyway it's not that bad! -

wow! very nice moc! i like a lot the proportions :) -
hmmmm the concept is cool but that tilting issue makes it quite useless :P you should adjust that part hehe and then it would be nice to see how smooth the shooting is when mounted onto that thing :) anyway all of this was really inspiring! now i want to build a dolly rig for the gopro! :P
