  1. Hi Effe, Thanks for this work! I'll take one accurate look at this as soon as i get time to do it well. Seems promissing! EDIT: as you've built it, do you think (as i do) that this version presents a way better playability (for a child i mean)?
  2. Hi Effe, I realy like this mod. I do hesitate on buying this set. Perhaps you can help me. Do you think it would be possible to insert proper flight command Inside the plane? is ther enough roo for that according to you?. My objective would be to take out all electrical Equipment, no PFS so, and made a great oldstyle manual set.
  3. EDIT: sorry for double post ;) ok. The problem is fixed and tested it in real life model. Here is the ldd file: http://www.moc-pages.com/moc.php/436942 I hope it will help you. it use very common part for the medium motor assembly. I must say that this choice of motor is a good choice. Much efficient in fact.
  4. Yep! You're right. But i can probably fix it by founding a way to adapt a medium motor in it. So it will be more near of a C model EDIT: the medium motor is one stud shorter than the large one so it must be possible :) I'll look at this and get back here with a solution.
  5. You're welcome... Feel free to post your built in here once finished ;)
  6. it's done. You can download the ldd file here: http://www.moc-pages.com/moc.php/436942 Enjoy
  7. ok. i'll built it without the pneumatic elements. keeping all fixation element in place. With the pictures i posted it will not be difficult to reverse it. Thanks.
  8. hi all. i am actually working on the *.ldd i do not find any pneumatic components???? normal?
  9. thanks Erik :) I do not have any lime panel left. But i'll try to convert the roof cover in black to get more unity in the front . Globaly i'am trying to recolor it completely. I think i'll have to choose between black and DBG color too. I'll post the result once i find it will give a better look at this small car....
  10. Hi I still have the model and i do not forget you ;) I just need time due to Professional occupation. I'll try to do that quikly:)
  11. Hi, you made a gorgeous work with these cars :) Now i have a wish list including one audi and lexus model ;) GREAT job, Bruno.
  12. it's quiet hard to publish pictures of a Moc in 'cars' category today, after bruno's fabulous work :) But i continue working on our little car. I add direction connected to steering Wheel, new panel organisation for the back design. I also improved the seats fixation, finished the roof and add an engine canopy who is openable... Any comments are welcome :) The back view is largely improved i find. There is a way better integretion of the rear active spoiler Once opened you can find one nitro system, NFS inspired... Wheels sit at milimetric range but doesn't touch any thing once turned. Engine bay (same engine than bruno's mercedes AMG) The steering whell connection is discreet but efficient (direct linkage) So here it is...
  13. hello. for me black ones are ok. Just need a thin line of colour in it . Maybe red as the car.
  14. Thanks all for your comments! I agree (a lot) with the fact that the best moment where those with my son building together. Here is a video asked by several of you:
  15. It was a rainy and gray day today in Belgium. One of those days when my son and i sit beside the fire, wondering what we can build. Today, my boy (10yo) asked me for a new race car to complete his collection. That's what we did This car is inspired by a serial of famous car, not only real one, but also famous Mocs of famous builders. There is no pretension in this model. Just the desire to make an automobile that fits with the envy, the imagination of my son We started construction at 8 am and finished it around 4 pm. and here it is: As you can see, there are not technically ultimate functionalities, but here is what need to be spotted on this car features: - Fake engine V8, custom made, compact and reliable. High RPM and a typic sound when Rolling the car. This sound is the reason of our choice. - Direction with HOG - opening doors (butterfly doors) - adjustable rear spoiler. All these functions are pure manual and this car gives my son pure fun experience. I know this is not the more awsome Moc of the year. It is also not a Moc i worked on for month as some other of my créations. But this one spotted so well his objective that i thought it had to be presented here. Other pictures: front and rear view. Lamborghini inspiration, crasy angles all over the place :) butterfly doors: V8 turbo charged custom made engine: Top view 3/4: adjustable spoiler: Basic cokpit with seats, driving Wheel, handbrake ferrari 358 inspired back view mixed with the pagani exhaust: And that's all folks! Hope you'll enjoy it. I am quite satisfied of the result. No need to be big to be good! Idealy i had to rebuilt it from A to Z to optimise the construction. But this is no question at this time for my son :) Any comments are welcome
  16. I made use of them in my LMP1 prototype. It was used to create a strong and reliable frame. I had connected the suspension system on it
  17. Ok, so the Wheel at the back is just decorative?
  18. Here is what I think distinguish from this image - Door with opening butterfly + lower section drooping, you can distinguishes the mechanism very clearly. Two-section door and attractive kineticdesign - Doors are independent - winch at the front - Adjustment of the height of the suspensions These functions are probably distributed by a four-speed gearbox controlled between the seats. Classicaly, for once The control wheel is at the rear, probably reused on model B We also have a HOG and probably a dummy engine The model will be logically upgradable with the powerfunction kit. The battery box will logicaly be located Inside the body. The only thing that intrigues me is the 12T wheel just at the back of the doors. Any idea?
  19. Actually this model (the green one) is 18cm long for 9.5cm width and 12.5 cm high. It is a very small construction. but something recognizeadle???? i place one Claas Xérion tire as scale reference. Everybody own one of them? No?
  20. Hi all, These are two smalls mocs of quadbikes. As always i build this with my son. He really enjoy these models. Sometime it doesn't need to be big to be good. Thes quadbikes have direction and fake engine. Once you turn the handlebar the model tilts thanks to the positive caster angle of the direction. This gives a really fun to play model. i hope you will enjoy it :) First view: it'a 4 six wheels quad with pendular suspensions on the two back axles. It is also 4 Wheel drive. The two next pictures shows the tilt of the quadbike when turning The bike is equiped with a winch (removable) in front Unfortunately this small scale doesnt alow to create a pendular suspention BETWEEN the two back axles They are lots of detail on this bike, lights, extinguisher, Tools... Here is the little brother :) i lovce the mix in the colorshemes : really fun There is also a storage under the lifting saddle one other view of the pendular axles The driver's seat design includes a washer-size cut. it is identical on both quads One last think. The building process makes it modular. You can separate the front part including direction fuel tank from the rest of the model and combine the two mocs or other parts still to build.... We really hope you'll like them :) Steph.
  21. You can also build one 100% homemade engine without the technic cylinders. More compact, more room for détails and equal efficiency same principe in my porsche : V4 Regards, Steph.
  22. Hi! At first I wish a happy new year to all members here. Next to This, tanks, thirdwigg for This 1rst place and for putting two of my Mocs in your classement! See you next year ;)
  23. Hi Erik, Is this better according to you? I think so. It takes some time because I had to rebuild the front end. the new wheels were touching the inner of the engine support. I rebuild it so the new wheels can turn with one appropriate radius.
  24. I will now explain the reflection on the motorization of this Moc. As you know I build my models to give them to my children. In the framework of this project it is posed the question of the motorization or not of the model. And there: the clash! One of them wanted 100% manual, the other wanted it motorized. So I designed a model ... which meets both criteria. How does it work? For the lifting of the bucket finally it is very simple. The manual control is connected directly to the mechanical cylinder while the output of the BV is at neutral. As soon as the gearbox engages the motorization is effective. In this way everyone can play with the Moc at will  But that's not all. I also ensured, through a differential, that the start-up of the electric motor operates the dummy motor. A differential is interposed on the axis of transmission between the wheels and the dummy motor. When you push the MOC, the 3 gears inside the differential rotate and transmit the rotation to the dummy motor. When the electric motor operates, it actuates the crown of this differential and also actuates the dummy motor. Both functions never interfere and add a + realism to the model. For example, you turn on the Moc. The dummy engine starts, as on a real pickup truck. When you roll the Moc the engine, which is already running, accelerates. As in real life  You then operate the gearbox and the bucket rises. Or you can continue to do it manually according to your tastes or mood <unk> Did you say challenge?
  25. Hello Eurobrikers! Here is my last project : a public works flatbed van. Basically this Moc is a full manual edition that can be upgraded with Power Function elements. In this presentation you'll only see the PFS equipped model. Here it is: This model is quite simple. It has manual function as direction with HOG, opening doors and front bonnet, a working 4 cylinders fake engine, a lift able flatbed, a winch and lots of details. here are some views of the design: right view of this van with the manual command of the flatbed lifting (the black 12T double bevel under the bed) This front view show the design of the front end, lights and bonnet cover: From this side you see details like the fuel hatch and a gearbox.... ? ....why a gearbox on a manual stuff ?......hé hé. still some patience ;) First we have to have a closer look at some details: easy accessible command of the bed and of the winch (simple friction connector used here) The winch with a storage box, chains: The engine bay, detailed with a big fan at the front end and a hood holding system: (Note that the front lights are PFS ready) At the rear end, the bed articulation with the opening element of the bed that fits perfectly even when bed fully raised. There is also a detachable toolbox: The back view that I didn't thought to speak until now: Nothing really special I must say. PFS ready rear lights: There is also a little crane based on a LEGO set that I reviewed and which I brought some modifications like a track train perfectly working on smooth surfaces Some other views of this excavator: I added a rotation command and modified the gears in the tracks: So.... I said in this post that this model has been designed to be manual and upgradable with power function. Once put in place the M motor does the job and motorised a reversible gearbox to lift the bed. But that's not all. Who will find what this medium motor does in addition to that? Ps the answer is hidden also in one of my previous Moc ;) So who's going? Regards Steph
