    Great MOC, the ice looks very good! The cheering crowd behind that curved wall, so close to the action really conveys the sense of a sporting event Kabel: Kaliphlin has a long and proud tradition of gladiator fighting (for example as I showed here), so you should be glad that we have not sent a team to the games!

    Great job getting good MOCs out with so few bricks! I'm on my way home from Lego World where my Nordana Castle looked so small compared to what the crazier AFOLs had on exhibition in the Fan Zone...good to put things in perspective

    As I do not have to judge if this is a suitable AoM entry and what level and so on I can just say: Great FP shot, I love how you've used real sky to enhance the effect A suggestion for improvement however is to have something more in the blurry background to enhance the impression of the size you want the viewer of the picture to perceive.

    Kabel has a good point. Maybe for a city the agricultural builds can be replaced with administrative buildings or more advanced commercial builds? The same number of builds should still apply but the intermediate "levels" would not be awarded. But this is Avalonia's project and entirely up to you to decide of course

    Interesting tree design! Are there any more pictures of it?

    Just opening the picture in Paint and make the missing part white can't be that hard? Of course it's better however to copy/clone the nearby parts of the backdrop to get the right brightness, as a white backdrop in a photo actually is different shades of grey and not entirely white if not totally washed out. Anyway, a too white part or some editing artifacts are still better than some unintended glimpse outside the background.

    Nice attempt at a round tower! Some opportunities for improvement as others have pointed out, but worth a UoP +1 for round tower

    Excellent minifig posing, +1 for that I also like how you've improved your photography, only one case where the angle shows something outside the backdrop. Try to make that nothing at all next time or just edit it away as I sometimes do when there are parts of the background not covered by the backdrop?

    Is Kabel's Thorshaven build or maybe de Gothia's Albion street segments suitable examples of how "each building is substantial" could be interpreted if I were to build multiple categories in one build?

    What I was referring to was the depth of field in the sense of how much of the build is in focus. This is a property of the camera and not of the build, I've had cases where I've had to reshoot because not all parts of a minifigure was in focus at the same time

    A worthy phase III build! I like it all from the general layout with the rotated building to the small details, especially the sloping base of the tower and the log walls. Definitely one of your best MOCs UoP +1 for your claims.

    Very good job creating such a nice scene with just a few types of pieces UoP +1 for both claims. Some small advice on the fp is however to make sure that the focus is on the foreground, in the first picture the background is the sharpest part. It also helps the impression if the depth of field is short enough to blur the cracks between the bricks in the background

    Sturdy wall, and the rubble filling looks suitably thick for a 6-wide wall. I agree with Gunman however that some plates mixed in there would have looked even better Anyway, great MOC...looking forward to phase 3!

    Another excellent module! I like the brown/orange house a lot, both the roof and the ground floor look great

    Very nice depiction of a part of Kaliphlin, the grey works very well when combined with the other distinctly Kaliphlin elements. I agree with robuko, it looks like many builders who try their hands on Kaliphlin produce some of their best MOCs here! A shame that people don't realize that until they already have chosen other guilds

    Very nice build overall, and especially the minifigures! The story-writing is excellent as usual, and I really enjoy that you are fueling the intra-guild trash talk
