Excellent! I'm glad it'll be huge. It should be. -
Haha it's ok, you already have done enough in providing the perfect version of the Razorcrest! I do however have V81 and not the latest, but received no email with the updated version. I shall add those BL shops to my block list! Thanks :)

So I finally managed to get around to upload the list of parts to my BrickLink so I can start ordering the parts. I have a Windows 10 pc, and had an issue with regards to the xml part list (including the 75292 parts) not being a straight forward copy/paste into BrickLink. But rather, when I copy/pasted it, it added a space between every line of text, added some random 'format' text right at the top, and also added a hyphen at the start of nearly every 9th line of text with an extra second space between the following 10th line of text. This forced me to have to go through each line of text and delete the hyphens and deleted the extra spacing just in case that also caused the problem (error came up saying 'incorrect format in prologue'). Once I did this, the parts list was successful. Clicked my way through a few potential 'buy all' stores... It flabberghasts me how some stores make any sales given their massively increased pricing! One store would have been £1700 for 350 lots!! I've noticed these stores as expensive before, so who on earth is buying from them for them to keep their prices sooooo high? Anyhoos, will likely get my pieces from UK only sellers due to increasing shopping costs (shame but oh well) and will start the ordering process later today. Really looking forward to it!

Haha this is cute! It reminds me of zelda breath of the wild on the switch in the little Grove where loads of little glowy blue bunnies gather around some mystical glowy spectral deer thing. Am loving that little bunny in the plane too! it's ears being back just add to the effect of it zipping along in the air! Such a cool little moc!

Have to say, the classic space colour scheme works well, but the blacktron 2 would be my favourite of the 4 (actually reckon the m-tron variant is the best!), however something seems a little... not quite right...? With the colour scheme... I think it's the gold and lime green bits, although I see why you added the lime green.

Saturn had a slight difference with it's rerelease, it had some slight modification to do with the capsule mounted to the top of the rocket. No idea on the ship in a bottle though... Either way, I'm happy if it is a rerelease as others will get the chance to get a good set and I'll save money, or if its not a rerelease, I'll still probably be happy (if its an improvement) although may have to forego getting it as I want the ucs atat/gunship more -

I can't imagine a direct rerelease, they've never directly rereleased anything (other than the taj mahal? Although the rerelease did come with a brick seperator! ) there's always been some slight variance. Although it certainly can't be dismissed, it could be a straight up rerelease... For me, I'd be inclined to believe they had a target piece count and it coincided with the previous, but am seriously hoping it's been improved upon... Or I'll be saving some money. Am absolutely stoked about the ucs atat/gunship. Both my favourite star wars vehicles, coming out the same year as ucs versions that I honestly never thought they'd ever do! I'm looking forward to the 1700 piece gunship with 260 clones......... -

Regarding your stock alert, I contacted TLG about their stock alerts because everytime I received a stock alert for the razorcrest, it was always still sold out. They said on highly desired items, the stock alerts are sent out to sooo many people (and I'm guessing there could be some general delay between actually being in stock and the alert going out) that by the time the alert emails have gone out to everyone (not everyone received their stock alert at the same time) they've already sold what little stock they had. Best bet is to just keep manually checking than waiting on stock alerts. Also, I didn't know you could make B&P wishlists?! I've not seen that option before, although most of the time I look, I'm on my mobile, so maybe it's not available on mobile platform but is on desktop? Or I'm just not seeing it altogether and it can be done either way? Edit* Just double checked... Either the 'add to bag' box is clickable with add to bag, or it's greyed out with 'out of stock'. I see no option anywhere to add a part to a wishlist?! -
Ooooh!! What an awesome looking build! The clean snot look is very tidy and done well, I love how it looks like a scorpion mech too, the colours are well placed too. The torso is done well, the canopies give for a nice smooth shell kinda look, but I love that it's actually spaces for 2 minifigs (and one in the head!) Absolutely love it!!

I echo Stuartn's comment (except, I'm torn between which helmet I'd prefer to see ), no need to apologise at all, your re-worded version makes sense. -
Well, you can certainly tell which are the true unpopular opinions in this thread; the ones that have caused debates for pages! Unpopular opinion: As much as I love lego.... I kinda want lego to just stop producing anything else. At the very least, I want lego to just stick to actual lego and stop trying to be gimmicky with stuff like Adidas or clothing or storage units or AR or other apps or phone controlled technology which guarantees to come with a finite support before it becomes unusable with whatever gen phone in 10 years time or so... At the middle I want TLG to stop trying to reach out to any further untapped potential customers such as adults who currently have no interest in lego. They're the number 1 toy manufacturer in the world ffs. Will they only ever be happy once they have the world eating out the palm of their hand and have all the world's money or be as big and profitable as amazon, or they essentially become lord business and turn the world into a planet full of lego loving zombies? While some sets feel like they knocked it out of the ballpark regards to design/contents etc, there's a Heck of a lot being churned out now that seems there's not much thought or effort in it at all, and it's been produced purely because they know people will now buy it anyway. I mean, the coliseum... Nice as an exhibition set, but jesus... Who's truly going to find a place to keep it made and displayed for years because its such an intriguing design? Just my opinion though. I'd find somewhere for the ucs Millennium Falcon, probably a similar footprint. But to me, so much more interesting to look at and modify etc. Once you seen one side of the coliseum, you seen all sides. At the most, I kinda want them to just call it a day and stop as a company. I feel they're trying to reach out too far, becoming too greedy in trying to grab even more target audiences when they're already number 1. The fact that they're the number 1 means the majority of world people with toys have some/lots of lego which isn't biodegradable nor sustainable to the planet to keep churning out. In 40 or 50 years time when I'm dead, my lego will still exist. Will take up space elsewhere while a crap load more lego gets produced and bits just end up in landfill as pieces become cracked or sun damaged that people don't want or just discarded one way or another... The LEGO bricks sold in one year can wrap around Earth five times. Take the above statement. That's an insane statement to contemplate, given how big the earth is. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a crazy ott greenpeace extremist, but just recently, (thanks David Attenborough) it's a growing seed in my mind of how unsustainable us humans are for this planet, and that nature pays the price. Animals. Sure, they're researching new types of plastic etc, but think how many more billions of pieces will be produced and thus will exist in the world by the time they manage to fully convert (if at all!) I love the creativity lego brings, I love what it's given us. I love how they've grown. I love the education and spark it gives children. But to continue being number 1 (or close to it) toy brand means to keep producing these plastic toys that hang around for decades. Does that thought make me a hypocrite? Heck yeah it does. I've got more lego than I know what to do with, a lot of it unopened as well because a lack of space due to not having my own place yet (hopefully soon to change). But when I think about what I'll finally be able to do when I do get my own place... I'll make a load of sets, that'll then just sit there. Looking nice, but that's it. Having too much to be able to build, seeing more sets currently out I want to get but realistically I've already got far enough lego that I've yet to build, and the thought that there will be many more sets in future that I want to buy... Is actually quite daunting because looking at it, seems like it's more of an obsession than a hobby at that point for me. Buying it just to have it because it looks nice and will give me building satisfaction for a few hours and look aesthetically nice each time my eyes pass by it for a couple of seconds while I walk past it or whatever.... It seems to be losing its point on me, and looks more to be seen as pointless for me once I've built them, and I'm not sure I want to keep feeding into giving the company cause to continue to produce more plastic. Sure, I'm just one irrelevant person though, and they'll keep going without me buying anything else but still, my mind is changing and I can't ignore my mind

What improvements on an already amazing moc! Crikey the level of detail you've gone for, and for the most part succeeded on! Absolutely love the way you've managed to squeeze the interior in there, such a tight fit and yet it looks soooo good! Also, what a compliment to your mods that jerac wants to ninja a few of your improvements for an update too! Regarding the light coming through the wing bricks, can you not just rotate them slightly all in the same direction so there's an ever so slight step, which offsets them slightly diagonally with respect to each other? If each portion were rotated all in the same direction, it'd remove the light, and also exaggerate the lines a bit more... If its possible to do it, that is... (regardless, those wings look great!) Also, great effort on the rear viewport, such a difficult object to achieve. I'm just popping ideas off in my head while sat in the bath, but, what if you flipped those handle bars 180 degrees so the longer bar handle part is snug up against the body held by the clip, and tried to work something off them that way? (although I'm guessing you probably already tried it...) Seeing this, I'm soooo tempted to get the pieces for jeracs so I can mod it to yours. Alternatively, both of you collaborate together on it and I'm sure together you could resolve every single difficult bit with ease! Top job! *edit Just a thought regarding that rear viewing area again... What about... While still using those handle bars, (and perhaps a slight illegal technique I guess...) would you be able to fold a minifig Cape over each of the handles? And to attach it, tuck it between the clip of the arm and the clipping point on the handle...? At that situation you might also have to remove those 1x1 modified plate with clip on top

[MOC] Neo Galaxy Explorer - Lego Ideas submission
Fuppylodders replied to Tom_Brick's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
You certainly hit the nail on the head with the point of the older classic space sets having 'dope' play features, and I'd say yours is no exception! You certainly carried over the play function very nicely, but the aesthetics! It's not too greebly, but not plain at all. You've got the perfect amount. The shaping is exactly how I'd imagine a modern twist to it, while still keeping the old styling features-not just colouring. I dont support many project ideas, but just had to with this one! I wonder, the rectangular gap behind the cockpit on the 'mothership', the bricks behind that... Is there capability to make that removable and make some kind of storage space or small minifig seating area in it or something? ie, another play function. I kinda feel like as big as it is, it feels like it needs an extra play feature kinda thing... But that's the only minor criticism I have!- 7 replies

Anyone able to pm me where to find this? I don't have twitter :(

I really like it, the colour scheme works well together. The shaping certainly lends itself well to a light cargo transport/fighter style. I find myself wanting to see this from more angles to appreciate it better, such as the upper main body section from the side. Nice use of the techbic parts off the engines too! The only criticism I'd have, is the guns seem more like sensor probes than some kind of gun/cannon/attack weapon. Other than that, great job!

75021 Republic Gunship mods and purchase tips.
Fuppylodders replied to Mandalorianknight's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thanks, but, I didn't design the mouth, just modified the set to be longer and a few other bits. The original design was done by someone called Chris(I bought his instructions), but I forget his whole name. It'll be good to see it again if you attend to the doors and curved tiles -
I echo what MAB said, also, (this is purely going on the assumption these are high quality fakes) by keeping these low numbered, it retains their 'probability' of being real, as its not obvious. By keeping the numbers of these out there, low, it keeps their values up high. And the person can keep trickling them out in low numbers to keep the suspicion questionable, thus enabling the prices to stay high for longer and give them more profit. Again, I reiterate that's hypothetical to them being high quality fakes. For me personally, until someone can come forward with more information than 'night shift did it' then I'm cynical and not allowing myself to believe these are real beyond all reasonable doubt as my mind has too many unanswered questions-as much as I'd love these to be real because those transparent ones are frikkin cool!

Excellent suggestion on the round tiles, that'd make for a really nice seamless join! Ahhh so it was you who made the little foldable at-rt! -

That's very cool! I like it, and great job on making it more affordable too. I'm not entirely sure why this one has inflated so much compared to 7676 which I feel is equally as good (OK, perhaps neeeaaarly as good), but just misses the handle (which for me is fine). I like how you've added little mods to it, and that at-rt is decent too! Perhaps you can find a way to make it so it can fit? Someone done a very cool little foldable at-rt which I can't remember if it was for a gunship or AT-TE, but tucked up nicely either way. I like how you used the round plate to fill the arch gap, that's neat. I've also modded a custom version of a 7163 to add the front doorway being covered up, but with technic lift arms which enable to door to still be attached and easily open/Close. Link shows a pic which you can just about make out how it is done: https://flic.kr/p/af42hR This link shows the door closed: https://flic.kr/p/aojWsk
