That post is over a month old. Second there's only three sentences about the vehicles. Third I didn't complain about them. I said the lack of vehicles would make it harder to do sets and that Lego is already making up vehicles to fill out the line. I didn't say I dislike them. In fact I really love the boat. This makes me think you didn't really read Mrfang2's post very closely. Mrfang2 wasn't complaining about the vehicles and was merely theorizing on why these particular vehicles might have been used in the set. Neither of us were complaining about the vehicles, we were talking about the longevity of the theme. I don't have a problem with the vehicles, I would have rather had the plane in a different color, but I still think it's the best biplane design we've gotten to date and the colors are really well balanced and probably the best protagonist color scheme we've gotten (It's not distracting like the Spidey vehicles). You're complaining about something we didn't say.

http://www.ebay.com/...=item487f1a50d5 Zombie is on eBay now too. Pretty interesting back printing. I'm really hoping these sets hit stores early. Frankly the sheer amount of minifigures popping up online seems too high for these to not be leaking somewhere. There's even a Scooby Doo in a factory sealed bag... Maybe it's just wishful thinking. The printing on Scooby's collar looks better than the toy fair versions.

It was a silver centurion minifigure, an Iron Man variant I guess. They were advertising it at my local gamestop. -

I'm not loving the sand on Sandman's shirt. It sort of reminds me of the Clark Kent we got a few years back where he's midway through changing into his costume, it's cool looking but it's really an intermediate stage between two other minifigures. I'd rather have had a completely sand Sandman or a civilian Sandman. I can live with this though. Spidey's boots are great, but they don't really fix any of the problems I had with the original minifigure. It's still too bright, the lines too cartoony and the details are still a bit lackluster. Really this was a lateral move, they went from clone syndrome to 'new hat' syndrome. I'm glad I'll have boots for Superman and that we'll probably get an MCU version of Spidey next year. -
Molding carries around to the back, so minifigures like Spider-man, Batman and Beast Boy will have the color on the back of the legs. However the legs of Velma and Daphne are printed and thus it does not carry onto the back.

I don't think quality issues point to this being fake. I've gotten several minifigures that were chipped right out of the box. As for printing problems the lines, especially on the legs, weren't perfect even on the toy fair copies (Even for other themes the leg printing was sloppy (Especially Starfire)). Printing errors are pretty common today. And while I think the timing and location is fishy it's certainly not impossible. There is a factory in Mexico and most of the eBay auctions seem to be Texas and California. And there's probably a few other ways a person could get a hold of these. Also if that Velma is a fake then I have to say they did a great job with the hair. It's pretty rare a bootlegger ever gets that close to a perfect mold, especially for a piece that hasn't even been released yet. I tend to think it's real.

It's kind of weird that some of the minifigures for this theme are already popping up on Ebay. I know sometimes minifigures are taken from the factories and whatnot, but it just seems odd these are starting to pop up complete and in decent quantities. http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-2015-REAL-Lego-Scooby-Doo-Velma-Minifigure-Minifig-75904-Mystery-Set-Vilma-/271874542267?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f4cfc4abb It makes me wonder if the release dates might end up getting pushed up from August. After all some of the DC and Marvel sets that were listed for August are starting to appear, I can't help but think Scooby Doo might show up early too.

Starfire is starting to pop up on Ebay. http://www.ebay.com/...352114570&rt=nc I have to say I'm impressed with the DC sets this wave. I'm really looking forward to getting a hold of them.

Whether these sets are based off the new show isn't known as of yet, they could be. However Warner Bros seems to be trying to revive the franchise in general, so its possible that these sets exist to drum up interest in the franchise in general rather than any one specific show. And while they could do villain vehicles I think they'd run thin on those too. Not many monsters have vehicles and there's a lot or repetition for the one's that do. I'm sure Lego could keep the theme going if they had too, but eventually they'd get stuck repeating.

I guess my only problem with this is if it's mini-dolls they really won't be visually compatible with the rest of the Lego DC universe. I would prefer these to be minifigures. I guess if it did turn out to be minidolls at the very least the accesories and hat/hair would still be compatible with minifigures. This does kind of explain why Harley and Poison Ivy were pretty lazy rehashes, if that press release is anything to go by we'll see those characters in a Lego set next year.

Oops, forgot to check back... But you were indeed correct.

LEGO Dimensions Physical Brick Discussion

That's not what I'm talking about. Printing on the front and side hasn't been a problem in ages, but the top of the feet is still more or less a trouble area. The polybag version of Rocket Raccoon is one of the rare instances I've seen them print on top of the foot. I'm guessing the budget for these minifigures will be higher than what would normally come in a set, so there's a good chance we'll get some fantastically detailed minifigures out of this. Perhaps we'll even get Jurassic Park minifigures. Many of the designs in the game feature a lot of printing, perhaps they'd be better suited to be released in Dimensions packs.- 527 replies

Brick Fan references Eurobricks all the time, we've known that forever. Though that house is so obviously from Scooby Doo they wouldn't need to see it here to figure that one out.

That alt face is kind of weird. Not totally useless, but not very helpful either. A smiling face with mouth closed probably would have been better. The leg printing is still awkward too, I feel like it's really low. I wonder how long it'll be before Lego gets the Goblin completely right... Oh well, I can live with this for now, it's infinitely better than the bigfig version. -
One of the worlds in Lego Dimensions appears to be based on the theme. As for a game solely devoted to Scooby not so far.

Second from the bottom right looks purple and orange to me, maybe Daphne from Scooby Doo. Harley Quinn fifth from top right. Honestly though the more I stare at this image the more I become confused about how these minifigures are being categorized, it seems like they're all randomly placed.

I'm guessing they'll do a pack for Dorothy and the other main characters from the movie. The press release did mention more being revealed as the release approaches and I can't see them not giving us the main characters. I'm not particularly a fan of the movie but the minifigures in the trailer look awesome so I might have to get a hold of them. Plus it looks like a lot of new and interesting minifigure parts. I'm kind of hoping Dorothy includes a mini build of her house, perhaps as a weapon in game (I just think that would be oddly funny).

That's a pretty clear match to me. Same glowing window, roof and pillars.

Scooby Doo is definitely in there. On closer inspection the haunted house on the right side of the box seems to be the haunted house featured in the opening credits of the original series (Second season).

I'm kind of hoping we get a Raven minifigure from Dimensions, otherwise we'd probably have to wait around until next year (Or longer if we get mostly movie sets). Honestly her exclusion from the sets this year really didn't make sense as we got all the other Titans (The current lineup of them anyway) all in one year. I could see them having saved her for a Dimensions pack, if anything it's a good strategy to get people to buy into the game by releasing new must have characters. Wonder Woman and Cyborg are nice, I'd especially like to have a spare Cyborg (Plus the helmet I got on mine has some faded printing on his hair).

I'm betting Scooby will be included considering it's also owned by Warner Bros, plus the house from the opening credits of the second season of Where Are You is on the right side of the Dimensions box. It might be a nice opportunity to get a couple of variations. Who knows, they're releasing the Wicked Witch from the Wizard of Oz so I'd say it's possible we'll get some Scooby monsters from this. I mean I'm floored we didn't get the Creeper this year, who knows maybe they're saving him for that.
