1980-Something-Space-Guy replied to Blondie-Wan's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Any estimate as to when we might be seeing this set, either in pictures or in shelves? -
LEGO Ideas Discussion
1980-Something-Space-Guy replied to The Real Indiana Jones's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Well, I have zero interest in Caterham or Adventure Time, but I'm interested in the Beatles figures and the Saturn 5 is right near the top of my wishlist. -
DC Superheroes 2017 - Set Discussion
1980-Something-Space-Guy replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
Honestly, seeing as they are trying new things with this DC Girls theme, I wouldn't be surprised if they made kryptonite monsters of different colors.- 3,020 replies

Lego hair pieces
1980-Something-Space-Guy replied to cebelicamya's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Well you can always go to the Bricklink catalog and it'll tell you what places the piece came in. You'll first need to ID the part, though, and that can be the annoying part (no pun intended).- 444 replies

There's a (sorta) pic of the Detroit Steel set if you know where to look. If I'm not mistaken, Iron Man, Detroit Steel, and Coulson.- 5,808 replies

Force Friday (30th September) promotions
1980-Something-Space-Guy replied to Richpepperell's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Well, but that's just a limitation as to how many VIP points you can use at a given time. If you're a long term collector, then you'll end up using the remaining VIP points anyways, and it won't really make the difference in the end. I would be surprised if it was necessary to be at the Lego store before they open. In any case I can't do that with my local store and I'll have to get there in the afternoon. Scalpers do ruin this for a lot of us. -

Hmmm, these little riddles make you wonder if you're being paranoid or if there is actually a hint. In this case I'm not sure! -
LEGO Dimensions Discussion

Interesting, that does seem like confirmation for a Wave 10. I can't shake the feeling that they rushed some of the content a bit if it's that buggy, but if more experienced people say this is common, I guess they must be right. -
I think any information would most likely have already been posted. We'll have to wait at least a couple of months, I think.

Brickshelf up, down..who knows!
1980-Something-Space-Guy replied to Vader's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Doesn't the albums functionality do that? -
Thanks for the detailed explanation, Aswin! That seems like a very powerful tool indeed. It works like a charm. And thanks for the link!

[MOC] Superman Daily Planet Building
1980-Something-Space-Guy replied to Palixa And The Bricks's topic in LEGO Licensed
Hehe, I totally see where you're coming from. Maybe you could try using some transparent pieces, sort of like this one was used with skateboarding figures, but I can't think of a simple way to incorporate that or use other transparent parts to hold the figures. The carousel look works pretty well, actually, so good solution. -

Thanks for the review! Am I the only one who can't stop thinking Cassian looks like Aragorn (the minifigs)? -

Was that a thing before? I'm clumsy too. Knowing that would've saved me some embarrassments.

Cool! I have no idea if someone has done it, but it certainly won't be me because I'm away from my parts.
