    You really have to wonder why this keeps happening. I would expect Lego to do market research and predict how many polybags they need to produce. Maybe the number is so big they're unable to meet it.

    Hmmm. Well I honestly doubt that is the issue. As far as I know it's not uncommon for the promos to be already out of stock in the morning. Plus I tested them adding something automatically to the order by putting a Death Star in my bag, and a little giveway did appear. I hope what you're saying is true! Keep us posted.

    Wow. I guess even when they kept this low key, a lot of people were aware of what was happening. It's insane that it's the early morning and they're out already. Wait really? So your orders haven't been merged before?

    Just tested it right now with a keychain to see if the Revans are still available. Unless the website blocks your IP once you've had a Revan (I haven't even signed in), I think they've run out already. Interestingly the shadow troopers I ordered at midnight are already in backorder. Glad I stayed up! Worth my broken sleep schedule.

    You're probably fine, but if you wanna be on the safe side check your order status and wait ~20 mins for a confirmation e-mail from Lego.

    Yeah, honestly I've had lots of problems with checkouts on S@H even before the new website came about. I'm thinking from now on I'll just always pay through PayPal, since in my case the funds always come from the same source. Especially if the website is going to keep acting up like this!

    Well if you reaaaally want to make sure, you can always try to place another order for a keychain, and pay with PayPal if you have an account. For $5 it might be worth the peace of mind.

    Seems like most of us are in the same boat. How long do confirmation e-mails from Lego usually take? @CM4Sci, that's exactly what I have, and I do have a confirmation e-mail form Paypal.

    Same here. I'm just waiting for a confirmation e-mail from Lego. Those usually take a while. This new website is clearly a work in progress...

    Guys, before trying to order again, go to order status on the Lego website. Mine shows there although it had a problem during checkout. My status is "In process" although I got an error during the authorizing payment part of the transaction. Go to https://shop.lego.com/en-US/Order-Status
