Having been there months ago, your model brings me memories, and I can see myself in it. I was very impressed by the accuracy, especially how you managed to do the curved part of the interior. Some inscriptions on the arch would look pretty good too, but I can hardly see a way to do that without using custom stickers. Thanks for sharing!

Great work on the statues. The entrance really looks good too! Shouldn't the pillars be a bit more evenly spaced out, though? I know that could make it harder for structural stability, though.

They could give it a fluffier appearance. Kind of like a plush brick. I think it could work.

I wish they made Star Wars figures up to Super Hero standards (although that would arguably raise the prices, and unlike that theme, the main focus of these sets isn't mainly the figures). A lot of figs are crying for dual molds, like Han and 3PO.

At least getting rid of 1x2 stickers and multi-piece stickers would be a start.

Yeah, they do need to fix that... I was trying to build an Ent I bought using instructions online, and it was a real pain to distinguish between different tones of brown.

Yeah, honestly if Lego is trying to make things that last when kids play with them, stickers don't seem like a good idea, especially small ones. But it's been argued lots of times that it's a price thing. I'll just never get used to them.

You do provide some interesting context I had never thought about. It's a real shame that we never got to see Spider-man 3 sets. I really wanted that film version black suit spider-man. It's interesting to note that they made the Batman line to go along with the new Batman films, and they didn't stick with it until the final film of the trilogy, which is exactly what happened with Spider-man. Maybe they decided they were done after "The Dark Knight". As far as I know that just means nobody is allowed to use the term "Super Hero" in advertising a product, unless it's Marvel or DC. I found an interesting link about this. The Star Wars license usually has an expiration date. It's just that they keep renewing it. I don't think there is a truly "evergreen" license. It must all be contingent upon Lego making good sales and them liking Lego's products, which I hope is a safe bet for at least a couple of decades.

If I'm not mistaken, that's an NBC property, right? Meaning Lego would have to secure a new license. That seems a bit unlikely, although by this point it does seem like they can get whatever license they set their eyes on.

Nice! Cool animation too. That reminds me, there was someone who tried to make little displays for all CMFs. Does anyone have any clue as to whether or not that person kept doing that? It would be an insane amount of displays and space by now.
