This presale from Otten is based on an import from Germany Lego Netherlands does not approve a presale before August I have this information from an official NL Lego dealer wich I shall not mention at this moment. This dealer will start a presale on 8-1 Besides that I read the conditions of Otten and I laughed my megablocks off its 99% against all internet sale laws, as well as NL as the entire EU I would think twice before buying from such a lawbreaker.

RC Buggy Motor
coinoperator replied to Clawp's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
It's NOT a clone but an aftermarket product and you should feel free to buy it since you can no longer obtain one at TLG Just like producers of parts for slightly older cars do when the OEM stopped production. Nothing wrong there so why should you have bad feelings here? -
Technic General Discussion

In a truck or larger van you need ALL the sight you can get as driver. I've worked for Mammoet as engineer but also had the opportunity to drive with some of the larger equipment like a Liebherr 1500-8-1 crane. Now when you're on the road with such heavy stuff you suddenly find that you are surrounded by brainless pedestrians and bicycles that don't realise they are about a few centimeters from a horrible death. So truck designers design their trucks so that you can see as much as possible. Especially next to the cabin (the dead angle) every mm extra sight is extremely welcome and saves lives. -

The only problem I'm affraid of is that lepin uses some junk quality lipo's in it (owww I said the word) But I suppose they can easily be replaced by decent ones. ah you know what I buy one right now and will make some kind of review of it. edit ordered it, just €13,95 -

I don't think they pay anything for "licence" Liebherr, a wellknown name in refrigerators and much more consumer products will be glad to see their brandname around.

Since TLG quit this product I find personally that you may name it. It's no longer a clone but an aftermarket product, just like car parts are manufactured long after the original company quit them. Nothing wrong with that so why should this be wrong? And it is a horrible environment attack that new products need batteries again instead of rechargable "whateverkindof" For my I think they should be ashamed. -

If you're lucky and still in the EU at the time of release you can buy it for the annouced €449 here. Maybe less at shops like misterbricks that has very good prices on the larger sets. After the bollocks you probably get import taxes on your (beep)

Oh no I'd definitly go for the complete UCS set of all TB's and a total parts count over 20.000 I'd buy it the first day. I'm 61 so you understand that TB is my youth favorite since I was caught by SF at very young age. Together with the dutch series of Floris but thats quite a local story

On this forum is at least one member that had this situation. I agree that it seems almost impossible. BTW I also had several times bad parts, parts that were misformed due to a mold error... I don't know if there is some quality controle, looks extremely difficult to me.

yes that would be the case when it's a round tile 1x1 it maybe in the polybag or else the vacuüm cleaner will "find" it sooner or later but my 42082 was missing 4 liftarms 1x11.5 double bent???
