  2. Staff Picks of 09/04/18: ~Vine and Roses by Azurekingfisher ~88 Club by @savetheclocktower ~Boavista's House by @hugosantos Congrats to all these MOCers! It sounds incredible and huge! Can't wait to see it! You're very welcome!
  3. Amazing! So many things to admire here! The not completely pushed plates works really nice here! Great work!
  4. Another wonderful MOC as always! No, actually I love this one more than your previous MOCs! Your latest builds are much better than the old ones but your two latest MOCs (Who wants to play tennis? and this) are in a whole new level IMO. I love especially the left section of the hospital with its amazing roof and the fountain! The interior is also really well done. Such an easy color scheme works so well when there're enough architectural elements! As a perfectionist, your "stickers" always bothered me, they look very low quality compared to your awesome MOCs. But otherwise great MOC! Keep it up!
  5. Staff Picks of 08/04/18: ~C Dunn Toolshop by @Barrie Crossan ~Library of Parliament by Erwin te Kortschot ~British Victorian Terraced House by @TheBear Congrats to all these MOCers! In addition to the Staff Picks, I'd like to share a gorgeous picture showing all the modulars by @thomassio photographed by @sander1992, that really makes me want to go and see his brilliant modulars in real!
  6. Kongsberg Train Station by @Morty, photographed by @L@go Legoland Train Station by Bjørn Einar, photographed by @L@go Train Station - the Musee d'Orsay in Paris by @skimeurobrick I'm sorry for the numerous shoutouts @L@go, I hope it's not a problem. Millions of thanks for taking all these photos in the conventions! There are some really inspirational MOCs we'd have missed if you didn't take all these photos!
  7. I've just noticed that these alternative modulars aren't made out of Lego, even the PC which is newly retired. So it isn't that expensive to get. Even the others can be BLed for reasonable prices with a few substitutions. Maybe this is why your great alternative modulars receive so few replies. So disappointing.
  8. Fantastic MOC! The techniques and the angles are quite amazing! I especially love the rock-work, the roof and the tree! Keep up your great work!
  9. Very nice micro ships! You pulled out quite a lot of details... The use of the micro/nano-fig is really nice and the new leaf piece works surprisingly well as a tree! And top notch photography as always! My favorite part is the presentation: it's just - I'm searching for the right word- wonderful, incredible, unbelievable, jaw-dropping!!! Especially that idea of broken borders with water flowed out is really genius! I'm out of words!!! Sorry for being over-excited, I couldn't help. Now I'll know that it's definitely worth to check out also your other MOCs, not only modulars!
  10. All these + the techniques and the street lamps make this MOC just incredible! I think it's made with flippers! Isn't that a genius idea? For us it seems to be a genius idea but probably @oirad 72 doesn't feel something really special for it as he always manages to squeeze in some real NPU! I call him "NPU king!" Why? The images below will definitely tell you more than I can. There's still more to see in his photostream!
  11. Many thanks @Bricked1980! Your convenience store is one of the best first MOCs from a beginner I've ever seen! You can easily understand this from how many replies you had and from whom! I feel some brilliant modulars are coming by you in near future! Agreed. Same here! I started to have a big interest in architecture thanks to Lego too! I started to be a "tourist" in Paris... when I have some time, I visit and take photos of buildings and architectural details! I look everywhere from a new perspective now!

  13. Welcome to the Lego world, @robbigkid! Some topics I found that may help you: Becoming a Better Builder by @Mesabi How do you plan a build? by @Pumbledor I hope coming later here with more contributions! Cheers! Thanks for the mention @Bricked1980 BTW! Can’t wait to see your next modular!

  17. Great diorama! Although there are some nice details on the diorama, I can't help looking at the church I just love it! the curved slopes, the use of the spiders and the color scheme are incredible!
  18. Very nice layout but as a modular fan, my eyes go directly to the building! It looks really awesome with some amazing architectural details! The roof is fantastic, both the archs and the cheese slopes! You do also have some really nice photos on Flickr. I don't know why but really feel like you need to photoshop a sky in the background, especially to the one below!
  19. Very nice buildings, but this subject is very sensitive and I’m really disappointed you chose such a subject. Wish you used your talent and skills in another subject. Halloween would have worked nicely with the color scheme and ambiance of the MOC for example. I’m not offended, just disappointed as I believe we should be sensitive about all sorts of women issues in this horrible world. Wish I’d never seen that in Lego form... I didn’t want to write a reply to a MOC with such a subject but, well, I couldn’t resist, the buildings are too good to not write anything! The staircase is amazing and the color scheme works really well! They’ve something which makes me love them! Hope you’ll remodel a better themed MOC and keep up your amazing work on buildings.
  20. No replies to such a great MOC in 19 hours! Seriously?! What a realistic scene! I love the rundown feeling and the brick-built road, the tree, the street lamp, the backyard and the roof details are really well done! Very nice to see covered studs too! It's funny, I discovered your MOCs yesterday, a few hours before you uploaded this MOC! What a coincidence! That part is my favorite part!
  21. Amazing modulars again! Some very nice architectures here! Some nice techniques on the azure building and the details are just fine - not exaggerated or lacking! Its roof is amazing! The canal house fits well with the azure building IMO, it's backside looks very nice! The passage is my favorite part of the MOC, looks fantastic with all the flowers and plants! The use of the flowers on the canal house is great as well! The interiors are very nicely done too. This is really wonderful! Very nice brick-built chair! Can't wait to see this in real bricks and your upcoming Art Nouveau modular!
  22. Staff Picks of 05/04/18: ~Townhouse by @Lindon ~Huis Ter Dijk by @Nieks ~Villa Arcus by Jussi Kossinen Congrats to all these MOCers! No, he's also on EB! Ok, speaking seriously, he's on Facebook and YouTube, unfortunately he has very few photos on Flickr, it would be great if he could upload more of his great stuff there!
  23. Feel like there’s something going on with Ideas, there haven’t been any Staff Picks for almost a week a few weeks ago, there’re much less blog posts... I don’t understand!
