  1. Very nice. How would you rate the performance to the V2? I took the V2 out this past weekend over some rocks and curbs and it performed extremely well.
  2. Yes, some modification will be required to make it work in white.
  3. I may also build this in white. It looks quite good IMO.
  4. small final update until finished. I am currently waiting for parts before I can continue and finish this.
  5. if 42059 is in medium azure, then it looks like two panels which have never been that colour. I actually am hoping it is medium blue so we finally get panel #21 / #22 in medium blue.
  6. All of a sudden after watching the video, I feel like watching the movie Contact.
  7. WIP for the red version. By using two #2 connectors you can save using four of the very expensive red toggle connector (44). See pic below. Still need four of them at the bottom though.
  8. I vote for the Aston! Your WIP was really starting to get interesting and look quite good.
  9. Thorsten, It looks great! I put together all the pieces in my inventory for the red version last night. There are a few modification for rare parts which I will share once I confirm it works. The only issue I see is you have added QTY. 6 1x2 white liftarm which does not exist. I will use QTY 12 of the 1x2 thin version.
  10. Does this mean there is another vehicle in the works??
  11. Was it a difficult mod? I have the set and haven't built it yet. It would be nice to implement this change you made.
  12. Yes, I hope you don't mind. I did a comparison between 5L beams and the original design and I thought adding the beams looked better. I really like a lot of your design and the instructions were excellent. There were a few minor mistakes which were so minor I don't remember them. My only critique of the instructions was the lighting or post processing made the DBG look LBG in some of the steps. Nothing that was a problem as there were no many pieces in DBG.
  13. Thanks again Charbel! I think it looks amazing!
  14. No, I have not received any PM's. I think there may be a system issue with PM's because awhile back there was an issue communicating with another member. I looked in my settings but I don't see anything which would indicate that they are off. If you provide your email addy, I can email you. Cheers.
  15. Much appreciated of course! I like the red one better so just need to go through part list to make sure I have the bulk of the pieces and there is nothing too expensive. Do you plan to submit the red one to rebrickable as well?
  16. The left one looks great! The idea I had was to change the pieces in red from step 85 and 86 to black.
  17. I was looking at the red version and I think the best solution for the rear wing is to change all the pertinent parts to black so it is an all black wing. Maybe just leave the white in the corners. @Thorsten50 is there any way you could make a picture of that to see how it looks?
  18. Looks great in red except for the non existent 7x3 curved panel in red.
  19. Hopefully this does not deter you from making your amazing creations and sharing them with your fans.
  20. Holy Moly. Would be interesting to see the Claas 42054 beside this.
  21. Tires and wheels have been ordered. I have a few other builds in the queue but I have the most expensive bits required if I build it!
  22. I guess the only way to fix the issue is to swap the M motor for a servo?
  23. Yes, it does look a bit more like a monster truck. Not my intent, but I really have no interest in spending a lot of time making a body. It works fine with a V2 receiver, just need a polarity switch for one of the L motors. The front L motor wire probably was sandwiched at some point but may have come loose. Doesn't seem to cause any issues. I am a little worried about handing the controller to a child because the steering has a limit of travel but the M motor keeps pushing. I tried placing a White clutch gear but it didn't have enough friction so would stop steering too early, so I had to take it out.
