exactly what I was going to suggest. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=24375&idColor=11#T=S&C=11&O={"color":11 -
Link brings me to sign up page. Can you not just link the pictures here? It would be a lot easier for us to see them.

I had an axle which was too flexible. Upon very close inspection, it had a minute crack.

Although I personally like the AMG model better, this picture shows the excellent design by Bruno and that the stickers are an extension of his work. I have seen models "depend" on the stickers to look good and this is clearly not one of them.

Only a few small mistakes so not even sure it is warranted to be updated, of course, it is appreciated! Since you will be updating, if the OP is ok with the change and it is not a big deal updating instructions and rebrickable, I suggest putting the round 2x2 tile on the ankles and removing the jumper. It looks much more accurate and pretty much everyone is doing it anyways.

Ok, I think it must be a 1x6 technic brick with holes with 1/2 pins.

I know what it looks like but sometimes there is more going on than it seems. Creating the gun rack is easy, how it connects to the jumpers I don't understand. I am sure I am missing something simple. You need the open end of the 1x1 brick so it can connect to the jumper in the ship. I don't see any way of doing that.

Amazing job! I think the front wing is a bit too low though. Did you only use pieces from the 42000 set? -
Which piece(s) did you use for the gun rack and how does it attach to the two jumpers inside?

I can see the benefit of your design using plain dishes and using the printed dishes. I just want to find a combination that I like without looking too busy as you have said. When it will be on display, I will not be bending the knees backwards :) I have looked at movie footage and it is not stable if the legs are orientated as in the movie. Your method shown above works well though.

Amazing looking model. I really like the gunmetal wheels. Hopefully the seller of these chrome parts is OK, it seems they have been in the hospital for quite awhile.

Thank-You Raskolnikov for an awesome AT-AT! The size and the use of common parts makes this model a true winner! I am trying different options for the joints. Opinions?

TLG has made the 1x2 beam with pin hole and axle hole in white now so this set is possible to build in white now with a few small changes. I believe only one area requires both through holes for the flex axles so it would need to be omitted there. Any takers?

Just received all the pieces and am starting to build this awesome MOC! Are there any known mistakes or areas which can be improved upon which you wish you had done differently?

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but this is the best place to ask this question. I have had the BMW parts and stickers waiting to be built for awhile but was originally waiting for the buwizz which as we all know has been delayed for awhile. Anyways, I decided to build it when the Mercedes DTM was released and am slowly building it. I noticed an issue with the "M Power" sticker; it seems way too big. I am building the Yellow version if that matters. It looks like the sticker along with the /// (blue, purple, red) sticker will be partly sitting off the 1x2 beams. Since it is the end of the sticker, I can't see how this is going to work. Can someone post close up pics of the back so I can see how it has been done please? Thanks,
-
Oh please do! Very interested in a nice body using the buggy motors. BTW.... I ordered the stickers but have had no communication with Jaap.

You certainly don't choose easy supercars to make do you! A large improvement in the drive train and suspension compared to your prior models. You always seem to set the bar a little higher every time you build another model. To me, the front fender would have been better to be done using flex axles. The front of the car looks as wide as the back which doesn't look right to me. Although I am sure it was extremely difficult to replicate I find the back of the car messy. The front seems off to me. It may be the panels used vertically in the corners. Excellent work again!
