  1. @Thorsten50 In no way do I want to come across as demanding but do you think this will be posted on rebrickable before Dec 15th? I tend to order most of my pieces through Bricks and Pieces on Lego's website and they will be shutting down on the 15th until Feb 2017. If it won't be ready, would it be possible to get the parts list?
  2. Medium blue would look very nice on some super cars. I would love enough medium blue to make the '66 Ford GT LeMans in Gulf livery
  3. I got excited for a minute there. The lighting in the video makes the azure panels look like medium blue. Unfortunate.
  4. It is astonishing how quick you guys are. You have never worked with Buggy motors, yet were able to integrate everything so quickly and make a great looking car. The rear end looks excellent! I think if Ferrari stickers were slapped all over this thing, it would really show what a great job you guys did in such a short period of time! Makes me wonder what kind of drinks are being consumed! As for the wheels, even though some people like the Porsche wheels better, the silver wheel are more accurate. The most accurate would probably be using the tumbler tires which have about the same tire OD and width but have a much smaller wheel OD. It looks like you guys had fun building with the RD buggy system! How were you able to drive the car without the antenna attached to the RC receiver / battery unit? I know it works without the antenna but the range is very limited.
  5. I personally like more panelling than open holes but it needs to look like it belongs. That addition does not really look like it belongs. I think a #5/#6 panel would look good; too bad it doesn't exist in orange.
  6. Looking forward to the part list to start building this puppy.
  7. No problem. I likely won't start building until I have an inventory list. Make sure your brother shares the buggy motors with you!
  8. Thanks for taking the time to do the tear down photos, I don't think most people including myself really know how much work that takes! Hopefully they are not lost but I don't see pictures showing most of the body construction. It skips from the front end being built to the end. Did you use a V2 IR for the two XL motors and IR for servo and lights? Any reason for not using an Sbrick again?
  9. I agree. Is there someone who does this for the Eurobricks community?
  10. I am looking forward to receiving the two units I ordered, but it sounds like it won't happen until the new year. Unfortunate, but a longer wait for tested quality is the most important factor for me. I have a project which I may stick these on, however, will likely test them on the ICARUS build.
  11. Ok thanks. I am sure you and Thorsten will be able to work it out to get the end result. There are some other rare red parts ( not necessarily expensive) and there could be other rare parts which are not red and hidden.
  12. I have zero interest in Photography so I thought the photos were not very good. The camera is a deal that popped up on Redflagdeals about 4 years ago, according to the invoice it is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX7.
  13. I finished this awhile ago but I was waiting for the stickers to arrive before posting. I would like to give a big thank you to Thorsten for creating the instructions and Jaap Technic who made the wonderful stickers for me. Of course the biggest appreciation and thanks go to the designers, Lox Lego and DugaldIC. Keep up the great work! Sorry in advance. I am not a photographer so I did my best. 14. Are there any rare or expensive parts to this build so I can check my stock?
  15. Medium blue is slowing filling in with more and more parts. I don't see any #21 / #22 panels which is unfortunate.
  16. I think there is more detail in his car but I think the large stickers everywhere may hide some of the imperfections / holes. Not really sure why he left the gaps in the wheel wells?
  17. WOW!! Amazing. Or as my 15 year old son said about your FXX I just finished.... "Sickkkk". You guys have really stepped up your game esthetically with the last two cars. Hopefully someone makes instructions for this amazing looking car as well. My only small criticism is the front wheel well looks like it is sticking out a tad too much. Maybe 2L beams would look a bit better. Love it!
  18. A friend sent this to me so I thought I would share it here. Looks gorgeous, albeit the stickers may have a lot to do with that. Not sure what wheels those are either. LEGO Technic - Porsche 919 - Le Mans 2015 v. by Manuel Nascimento, on Flickr
  19. Which piece do you mean by "double cross blocks"
