I know buildings (plantation/artisan/commerce/ etc) generate doubloons every month too. but I've build two things in January, those being freebuilds they earn me a +10 db. but the monthly yield will that be in January or will it start in February? but does the amount of doubloons an warehouse makes also depend on how often that town is visited during the MRCA ?

Nice build. I'm a bit confused about the tower and the wall what is the 'inside' of the fort? because the stairs from the tower are on one side (land side) of the wall, but the inside (base level) of the tower is on the (other) water side? Bart

I don't think it needs tlg ships, they are not ships in the game / world of BoBS. And them being in the list will lead to confusion, imho. And good work! Bart

I was planning on using the 1x1 round bricks first as a mast and then the tipi poles both as a spar. but that was too long of a spar. and I didn't have enough rounds for the height I wanted. Then I tried the above set up. They might work in the bow too yes, I'm not a fan of the round nobs on them but they are okay in this build, so maybe they should work on the bow of a larger vessel too . Thank you Thank you! your approval is really appreciated, you where already building great things when I first showed my 5 piece square boat here. :) ( maybe you can finish the Prins Willem for BoBS

Nice beach landing, and greenery.

With the narrowing aft castle it looks like a fluyt. You can safely increase the size if the sails on the next build ;) Bart

I'm jealous of your tree, very nice build.

tipi it took some work and fiddling. It is just yellow paper, a little bit thicker then the standard printing paper. I sewed a ring to the sheet corner, and one side of the sheet line is connected near the feet of steering minifig, and the other end is in the hands of the female figure. That turned out to do the trick. If it wouldn't I would have added a line to the lower forward corner to see if I could manipulate it that way. There is a sort of sheet there ons some of the lateen sails on ships.

Are you swooning over the lines of a prefab lego canoe? :P maybe I could license it, but I'm also working on a ship for Rodsh Derr, that will have a role in Challenge two, I was thinking about licensing that. But this might be an idea too. it's fast (the fastest build yet?) the pirates might be interesting in stealing borrowing a fast boat. Outrigger, or maybe you where looking for Ama The white pieces are supposed to represent foam forming due to the speed the boat is going trough the water. yes the sail had to be large, because that is what these boats actually have. (and I'm happy the curving was working the way I intended)

The natives also know how to sail! they go out to fish, maybe even trade with other islands. This couple has caught enough fish for today and are heading home. @moderator, I mistakenly put 'cat B' in the title, can anyone change that to 'cat A' ? please, thank you)

Great build! how you chopped of a corner of the room with the ragged edges showing. and I really like the fire place. Don't kings have staff to do the shouting for them ? :P

it took a side travel to Wikipedia to figure out what you all meant with a balconette, turns out that is known as a French balcony here :D (the grill piece in front of the narrow full hight window) Thank you, that is a really nice thing to say :)
