Looks great but I think the front suspension could have had a larger caster angel to be able to transverse the stairs better. -

I have that differential and it has never ground, I have put it through many very harsh tests and the teeth are fine except being dirty. When you get it the 4 bevel gears will be a tight fit but when you use it enough it will act like a regular differential and not have friction. I don't have the CV but I will say it will be fine if you don't use it in a high stress places like a crawler drivechain. -

No, but no spoilers but I am working on something like that -
I have to say my jealousy knows no bounds right now, where I live there is nothing like this to do in the Texas, let alone the U.S. There were a lot of great TT designs but the white tatra had a too steep wheel camber and that resulted in a big crash.

This Idea could be very useful with crawlers with some tweaking to make them more efficient in turning and have less wheel slip.
