[MOC] Buggy (42104 C model)
Jurss replied to Akbalder's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Yes, it is really good C model. Pretty good details also. -
Nice car. I really like well built cars in this scale. Did You considered to make that part behind doors also from some panels, to make it smoother? Is it only digital build? as all those pictures look like renders. And somehow these wheels are the cutest, I don't know why, but somehow this size of wheels form all lego wheels looks the best. that is why I like smaller scale.

Yes. I didn't thought about that. But I'm just starting, and chassis is so narrow, I'm afraid, I won't put there those 3 modes.

[WIP] 42113 Alternative Model
Jurss replied to Ngoc Nguyen's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
We have had topics, how to start MOC. Generally You can put some body first on some empty/genereic frame, then fill it with functions, or start with functions, then try to cover them. -
Yes, I realised it, when I scaled it :) and I was thinking, why noone has did it already? At least, I can find anything.

@nico71 did You just made this for me? :) This could be then steerable axle, in scale more closer to what is needed Ackermann geometry

TC19 entry not finished, but I got those small tractor tyres, anf of course, I need to build that Class Xerion This is the size It is pretty small. 4x4 seems impossible. Maybe some 2 steering modes, but not shure. This is how it scales. It is already littlebit wider, but there is still almost no space for something. Finish in page two with more pics 29.01.2022. Added digital files. Engine is littlebit different, than in real model. IO file https://bricksafe.com/files/Jurss/classxerion_small/xerion_small.io but with baloon tires, as stud.io doesn't has small tractor tires LDD file https://bricksafe.com/files/Jurss/classxerion_small/xerion_small.lxf for lxf parts pack from [KEY TOPIC] LDD New Parts - LEGO Digital Designer and other digital tools - Eurobricks Forums could be needed

[TC19] Yellow Bike
Jurss replied to Coola1's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
That V engine is OK, I suppose, single cylinder won't look so good. It looks pretty OK, somehow oldscool, as it would be made originally at least some 10 years ago by Lego. I'm not shure, that You will find original rubber band that size, and that could be an issue. OK, there are pretty long original rubber bands, but maybe getting chain would be easyer. -
Could, You can check on rebrickable.com , bricklink.com etc. Both options are possible. It depends on, if You have some parts already it red, and then what You are missing.

[TC19] JF explorer 2WD
Jurss replied to Jurss's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Already working, but mainly because of those exhausts, so I could fit them somewhere there. That mudguard already shortened, but now will continue only on weekend. -

Jurss replied to Jurss's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Yes it is more like that. Me also. I even started with bigger ones, in fact tried each type of them. With others I can't make so nice front fork, at least using those liftarms, but I really like them. And I like how it looks with these smaller ones. -
