  1. Haven't driven so long Only option coming to my mind is to use this That pin already has smaller friction (as I have notoced), and with Your driving it will soon become frictionless anyway.
  2. CAT has those drive gears on the "top" middle. So, I supose, it has something different. Articulation then shoud be around those points, it they are there.
  3. I would remove the bed, then try to look at gears, axles, where motion stops.
  4. Nice loader, battery (S-brick) is well integrated. Don't think so, in this case they would be too small, and they are proportionally too wide.
  5. Check gear connections, You missed something for sure. Maybe instructions are wrong. Also can be the case then there would be some clicking, cracking sound.
  6. 8258 has 2 functions going trough turntable. Just check building instructions. I remember here was some topic, where there was solutions for more functions here it is
  7. I think I will make a topic about 42996
  8. Interesting thing. But then You should try to replicate more those technic elements also in the middle. Is that foam ball made by lego? Anyway, I don't see an issue using it in this case.
  9. Interesting thing. Unusual. Could there be something incorrect in drive train, that it didn't worked well?
  10. Yes, it was needed, no complains, but it was really not necessary for this set. Yes, it somehow improves look, as now I have some 2x4 L beams on sides.
  11. Built this from my parts. I dont have that new beam. And it is really not neccessary for this set. Don't know why they really introduced that new beam with this set. As I had only one L-motor, put XL for drive. Of course first surprise (stupid me) was, that control+ didn't liked it. Then I switched to topgear car, needed to reconnect that xl motor to C outlet. Also, D and R are reversed. It is just not enough to use R for D or vice versa, as R is not so fast. It means, that rear assembly (axle) needs to be mirrored to have some good speed.
  12. I dind't said that it doesn't look good ;), it looks like good old official lego motorcycle set.
  13. Really good C-model. I also really like those cans.
  14. Is this really according to rules, 4 tires are used, treads for driving?
  15. JF explorer 2WD Features: Steering 2 wheel drive Full suspension 2 speed gearbox Differential between front and rear wheel 2 cylinder flat fake engine
  16. @Zerobricksthank You, will watch it later.
  17. I think there was topic about digital building soft. I like to build in LDD. Of course, stud.io has better functionality. I mainly start in LDD, then do render and other things in stud.io . Where is tutorial? Haven't heard this before.
  18. Green yes. Anyway, some red wheels would be more interesting. And red line on the sides.
  19. They could have better make them in white. It could really fit to that car. Or use green. There has been older Porsches white with nice green or red accents like this
  20. but in fact it is some kind of escalator piece :)
  21. As You can see from first post, I contacted them, they offered to send me just one type of connector from that siān. But that is really not a problem. I also read reviews on lego.com, there are lot of them about panels an beams not matching, but they don't care - those are all correct colors, even for top level set.
