  1. Makita is not exactly blue, it is greenish, I think. Also have makita mover and lot of other tools.
  2. Nice little movers. Don't know, but for me those printed fenders look OK there. Just havent seen garden products in blue, that is fact.
  3. Looks closer to 9L then, as spokes are allready 7L
  4. Better put some pictures on bricksafe.com, f.i., from where You can nicely embed them here, just buy pasting url here. From google drive it is tricky
  5. Nice to see, that there is more functionality added - that landing gear.
  6. Nice truck. Helicopter also looks promising regards functionality. For HOG that angle for u-joint looks allready on limit. As not much rotating needed could be OK.
  7. This good! If it is too heavy, You can always try rubber band in place of rubber.
  8. Looks more brownish. Not any of technic orange. You can see technic bright orang on bottom.
  9. Could be MOC with most worm gears, where each has different function.
  10. I have fitted working steering wheel on some car transporter cars, and on some have given up trying to implement that. This is even smaller scale. I don't see any advantages for steering via liftarm. That would not help for implementing steering wheel. Maybe, if front would be connected with only one beam somehow, then I would somehow imagine working steering wheel. Now it is in fact connected with only one beam - two halfbeams :) Yes, if steering rack would be on top, then maybe somehow, but everything there is really tight for any connection option.
  11. As bases for gear shifter put #1 connector. Left intentionally possibility to move it back and forward. Also borrowed rear view mirrors from Ferrari FXX
  12. from rules - A discussion topic needs to show some actual progress (i.e. pictures of the build in progress) and should not be used to "reserve an idea".
  13. Changed front Replaced part for fake gear shifter, which is on HOG steering axle, and was really limiting steering angle with Looks better, but doesn't improve steering. Need to use something different.
  14. This is really hollow. Cab is OK, but I'm really missing seats and steering wheel. Just don't know, what can be still optimised. OK, I would try to rework frame. Maybe something could be saved using not frames, but flip flop beams. Then You maybe wont need those small panels fro structural integrity, also for one axle all those L beams could be raplaced with T beams, which could result of saving of 8 studs of mass. A-pillars may be replaced with half beams?
  15. Finally see good use for that weird gear wit axle. Also have them, but never have found use.
  16. yesterday everything went pretty fast and well. Some preliminary pics. Functions - direct drive :) engine and HOG steering. Weight - 154g. Need to upscale :) Will rebuild front, as it too low now, will go for 3 stud height, will try fit front lights.
  17. Again started something (don't know how much I started contests previously and didn't finished), will really try to finish this time. First weighting of first duo component after this I know, that I can continue pretty freely HOG and engine first iteration ready Also some exhaust Can You guess what will be second part of duo?
  18. Yes, also noticed those small panels, they don't seem to be necessary. Also, for estethics You will need some mudguards at rear, most probably. What else I can suggest, don't use half bushes at rear, turn around wheels, axles then could be shorter, and you will save some 5+ grams maybe, which You can use somewhere else. One more thing - try to use for HOG steering half width gears.
  19. But those new ones, with high profile? Need to check, havent wighted. But rubber is pretty heavy.
  20. Try some narrow tires, they could be lighter, also whole scale could be smaller, and as result, lighter.
  21. Technic/lego doesn't have to be so curvy ;) Lego is pretty elastic, sometimes You just need to remove something, then other sections are stretching, and it is not always needed to disassemble. Yes, there are risks braking something.
