  1. Wow, very cool! It looks really cool, I love the shape you've achieved
  2. Wow very nice! This looks really good, I can't wait to see what kind of B Model you can achieve
  3. I would go with the second option, it looks cleaner. Good job so far! Keep it up, I'll be watching
  4. It's looking really good! I really like this so far, keep it up
  5. Very cool mate It's one of those interesting mechanisms that work so smoothly and create a great looking result. Good job!
  6. Sounds very interesting! I'll be following your entry closely then
  7. Sounds like a very interesting contest indeed, I won't be taking part though as that I'm currently working on a container side loading trailer and truck, so that's all of my useful parts taken
  8. Very cool! I saw these a few days ago, so I can understand how they all work, but they're really cool none the less
  9. Looks good so far! What are you thinking of doing for the B Model?
  10. The pneumatics are for raising/lowering the blade and sliding the blade from side to side.
  11. Looking really good D3K It's really come out nicely. That problem of fitting the HOG gear and three valves is a bit of a struggle with a model as tightly packed as this, I can't see what it looks like inside but I'm sure you'll come up with something to solve at least one of the problems You could try and make it so that the gear and axle can slide down one stud to fit inside of the box, then slide up for operation
  12. That's a great start, especially someone relatively new to MOC creating and Technic in general It has good potential so I'll follow this to see how you go
  13. Good review, as always Jim When I first saw this set I thought that it would make a great parts pack for me, as that I have about 20 white pieces in my Technic collection (all from 42043) and this set has some really useful ones, all for a cheap price. Those 7L flex axles will be extremely useful in my current build I'm doing
  14. It's very nice! I saw this when you first posted photos of it (and all through the building process as well) and it had the signs of a good MOC. It turned out even better than I expected There's just something about the E30 that I like, I normally dislike European cars because they're 'flashy' and 'showy' here, but these are nice Good job.
  15. I found this yesterday, it's brilliant Its movement is so natural-looking and it just flows perfectly. I think this is an awesome creation, good job
  16. Wow, that's really impressive that you managed to fit all of that in to a trial truck that small! I like that you managed to fit suspension and full RC functions into it, its performance is also impressive, very well done
  17. Yeah, they look like a deep-treaded tractor tyre, I think they would suit the Xerion nicely as long as they're big enough.
  18. Very cool, I've been considering making something with my two pullback motors, but I haven't gotten around to it yet Well done, I like it
  19. I figured that there wouldn't be enough room for it to be further forward. It's not too far back for functional reasons, I think it's too far back because of how it looks. Especially with your wheel arch that isn't centred over it, if that was centred over the axle then it would probably look fine
  20. I, like the others, am not really a fan of the liftarm look, but even so it looks good I can see that you prefer the liftarm look so I'm not going to complain about it, it's what the builder likes so we'll take it Your suspensions system could be improved but you managed to implement it which is impressive in itself. That trailer looks interesting too, it's a shame you weren't able to finish it but that's how it goes sometimes
  21. That is really cool mate Well done for it being one of your first, if not the first, vehicles you made, the only thing I can spot is that the front axle appears to be set back a little too far (only about one or two studs), just a bit of constructive criticism. It's really cool, I love it
  22. Wow that's awesome! I love it, make sure to keep us updated. For future reference it's best to put the actual video into the post instead of just a link. I'm assuming you don't know how, so when you click on the link to put the link in, change the protocol from https to http and surround it with at the start and at the end That way you get these instead: I can only post two in each post so I did the first two.
  23. Congratulations on your success. Here are the rest of the competitors who came in the top 10: http://rebrick.lego.com/en-US/BottomMenu/Blog/10202015-mercedes-benz-winners.aspx
  24. Cheers Jim, there are some interesting looking ones in there. They have a different theme to smaller sets of years past.
