I would go with the second option, it looks cleaner. Good job so far! Keep it up, I'll be watching- 102 replies

Kiwi_Builder replied to Nalyd997's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Very cool mate It's one of those interesting mechanisms that work so smoothly and create a great looking result. Good job! -

Sounds very interesting! I'll be following your entry closely then -
Sounds like a very interesting contest indeed, I won't be taking part though as that I'm currently working on a container side loading trailer and truck, so that's all of my useful parts taken

Looks good so far! What are you thinking of doing for the B Model? -
[TC9] Motor Grader/Dump Truck
Kiwi_Builder replied to D3K's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
The pneumatics are for raising/lowering the blade and sliding the blade from side to side. -

Looking really good D3K It's really come out nicely. That problem of fitting the HOG gear and three valves is a bit of a struggle with a model as tightly packed as this, I can't see what it looks like inside but I'm sure you'll come up with something to solve at least one of the problems You could try and make it so that the gear and axle can slide down one stud to fit inside of the box, then slide up for operation -
Good review, as always Jim When I first saw this set I thought that it would make a great parts pack for me, as that I have about 20 white pieces in my Technic collection (all from 42043) and this set has some really useful ones, all for a cheap price. Those 7L flex axles will be extremely useful in my current build I'm doing

[MOC] BMW M3 E30
Kiwi_Builder replied to damjan97PL's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
It's very nice! I saw this when you first posted photos of it (and all through the building process as well) and it had the signs of a good MOC. It turned out even better than I expected There's just something about the E30 that I like, I normally dislike European cars because they're 'flashy' and 'showy' here, but these are nice Good job. -
Mini Dakar truck
Kiwi_Builder replied to Krall's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Wow, that's really impressive that you managed to fit all of that in to a trial truck that small! I like that you managed to fit suspension and full RC functions into it, its performance is also impressive, very well done -
Xerion
Kiwi_Builder replied to JBTechnic's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Yeah, they look like a deep-treaded tractor tyre, I think they would suit the Xerion nicely as long as they're big enough. -
I, like the others, am not really a fan of the liftarm look, but even so it looks good I can see that you prefer the liftarm look so I'm not going to complain about it, it's what the builder likes so we'll take it Your suspensions system could be improved but you managed to implement it which is impressive in itself. That trailer looks interesting too, it's a shame you weren't able to finish it but that's how it goes sometimes

Wow that's awesome! I love it, make sure to keep us updated. For future reference it's best to put the actual video into the post instead of just a link. I'm assuming you don't know how, so when you click on the link to put the link in, change the protocol from https to http and surround it with at the start and at the end That way you get these instead: I can only post two in each post so I did the first two.
