[APP] BrickController2
ritztoys replied to imurvai's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Thank-you for your reply to my questions. I've been through the set-up process with the sbricks' official software and was able to 'test' via my phone, with all working OK. (I haven't downloaded a profile yet) I guess my question was too vague, Should I remove the first download in my phone from your code above? And then re-scan the code again?(for the updated version of your app?) I'm wanting to use your app to control my LEGO creations as the sbrick official software is still having issues for Android phones. Some people have reported that they can't drive and steer at the same time. I plan to use your app during an up and coming Brickworld show nearby, using this method instead of the LEGO ir system.- 1,308 replies

[APP] BrickController2
ritztoys replied to imurvai's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Howdy imurvai, I downloaded through the qr code above, should I do this again? Or is the current download(from above) OK? I'm using Samsung 6S, or should I modify something? I'm not the brightest bulb in the pack I might need help changing something? Any help appreciated as the sbrick software doesn't work as well as yours seems too, thanks- 1,308 replies

Efferman's Custom Parts
ritztoys replied to efferman's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Thanks for checking out that idea, as I didn't have the parts in front of me. Maybe effermans' new liftarm would work, post # 1285? -
# 42009 Extended Boom Kit Parts for sale
ritztoys replied to ritztoys's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
This post should be closed, as a EB member has purchased this kit. It is no longer available. -
Ingmar, As I promised, here is my version of this beautiful truck As you can see from the photos, some details have been changed; a) Front wheel disk exchanged for Red bushing b) Steps to the interior for operator and passenger changed as suggested by EB member Covi c) Some additional tiles and grills added d) Flexible Exhaust pipes added to chassis (they should go underneath or over the frame, to look really good) e) Mack mascot added to hood (Oops I thought it was a BULLfrog, not BULLDOG) f) White wheels as the original was Fantastic build, Christmas gift to myself.............all the parts needed to build this beauty. Happy New Year LEGO builders and you Ingmar, thanks..............off to the Scania!

Efferman's Custom Parts
ritztoys replied to efferman's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
@ efferman That new turntable idea looks great. Maybe that 'technic' piece (that holds the three wheels) could be used in (4) positions using a common LEGO 90* connector? http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=55615#T=C -
Is that other hobby include Live Steam? One of my favorites from the past, do you need to adopt a son(senior son)for tax purposes?

# 42009 Extended Boom Kit Parts for sale
ritztoys replied to ritztoys's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Ok Longhorn, One more post and we can "talk at each other", the parts list is located at the end of the link/post I gave you. Yes, that's correct you really shouldn't post your email address here on 'open' forums. -
Howdy Andy, Why yes, I'd be happy to join the "Dirty Club", I'm 63 and still smashing bricks together! Some things I like about LEGO is you don't have to paint, glue, or worry about something breaking off. That's the best part, you just have to put that piece back on and continue 'playing'. Getting off the floor is a little tough, so I kind of focus on PF models, from the comfort of my Lazy-Boy chair! I also like to share my LEGO, so I display @ Brickworld every year, "It's really for the kids", really Oh yes, I forgot, I'm a senior citizen "Where's my discount / Old Timers Badge?" Stephen

ritztoys replied to ritztoys's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
@ Longhorn You'll need to post (4) more times before either of us can communicate via the PM system........... @ nerdsforprez Thanks for the idea, hopefully Roger Bush will take care of that...........wink, wink -
Fellow Builders I have a complete kit of all the parts needed to provide the "Extended Boom" of the LEGO kit #42009 crane. I was going to build this, just don't have the time. I will ship these for FREE in the 'lower 48 states' of the USA, otherwise PM me and we'll discuss other arrangements for your location. Total cost to your door............$ 145.00

@ afol1969 I've looked over your draft, it looks really great. Looking forward to your additional notes and wiring tracks before I "dive in" and start building. @ Sheo Thank-you for sharing this masterpiece with all builders, as you know I've had the bucket and arm assembled for future completion. ( while acquiring the remaining parts over the last year ) Now I can continue to finish this amazing MOC and include it in my public displays for everyone to enjoy!

Thank-you all for your comments, I'll do better next time. @ KlodsBrik Thank-you, I know I couldn't make it very 'roomy' and include all the details too. @ PaddyBricksplitter Thank-you @ Mestari Thank-you, with a small second story area I figured the bedroom to be a relaxing place too. @ Brick Capone Thank-you @ Kristel Thank-you very much, your designs are just beautiful and this had to have an interior to match. I struggled on which floor to put the bathroom, might change in the future.

Fellow builders my latest MOC, now I can't take all the credit for this building as the original exterior was designed by EB member Kristal, I've just created the interior as suggested by another EB member. (the rock miners drill was just too large, I decided on this assembly of parts to represent an Ice Cream cone) Inside first floor Second floor apartment, Kitchen and Bathroom with shower Third floor of apartment, Bedroom and reading area I hope you all like what I've done, it was great fun creating the inside, as always c + c are welcome.

I recently displayed at Greenfield Brick Expo, showing off my favorite builds...... I took this with my cell phone, better pictures next time. Ingmar, your trucks stole the show!

I recently displayed at the Greenfield Brick Expo and properly located the Court House as it should be, in the center of Palm City. I have two more sides to fill in with more buildings to complete the square.

I just recently participated with a display at the Greenfield Brick Expo earlier this month and properly landscaped this fire station, additional photos at my Bricksafe.
