    The front(lamp and nose) and the cockpit was better in the old version, and maybe the side of the car too....maybe the exhaust is the only detail, which is better in the new one.

    The point yours, it doesn't need gearing down. If the the function selector doesn't switch well(because of backlash of gears), you can change the bushes for something bigger to compensate the backlash.

    Hmm, now i am making a big project, i use servo motor for selecting functions too, so this is my solution: The green axle is connected to the servo. When the servo turns 90° and turn back, the funciton selector arm is switched on and it stays in that position until the servo turns to the other side.

    Hmm, I don't understand. If you use servo motor and when you operate it, it turns 90° and turns back. So the clutch is turned on(shifting) and immediately turned off, so you lose the connection when you release the joystick of the remote controller.

    Good start, very aesthetic, but it will be better, if it gets a steering

    I bought the snow moblie, and the volvo is on the way

    It looks good , but the windscreen is taller (longer) in the real model, and the lower sections of the side windows are straight, not rising as we see your LDD model. And maybe the front bumper can be more curved if it is possible. good luck!

    So, In the actual Model Team contest the LDD model can be acceptable, or not? Because in the information Ropic the rules contain this: "Only physical builds, so no LDD or other virtual entry."?
