Hi guys, this is my new creation! Today in Greece, we celebrate the national holiday of the Greek Revolution, officially started at 25th of March 1821, which culminated in the forming of Greece as a modern state. To celebrate that day, we chose to depict a famous victory over the Ottoman forces of Dramali Pasha, sent to suppress the revolution in the Peloponnese peninsula. This battle (critical battle at Dervenakia for the independence of Greece (Hellas) against Turks (Ottomans) after 400 years of slavery), largely inspired and excecuted by the chief of the Greek forces at Moreas (Peloponissos as it was called back then) Theodoros Kolokotrolis, was fought and won at Dervenakia straights, thus saving the Greek Revolution from dying off. "Freedom or Death" was the only thought in the fighters minds during the fight.. Theodoros Kolokotronis! The Great General! I've noticed a lot of people on youtube who do reviews of Lego Sets often complain that the new sets are not really very special and maybe even overpriced. Personally, I completely agree with them! What do you think?

So here is a brief introduction to my PtV entry... Basically the scene is as follows some poor, lowly pirate has been caught and hanged by the Bluecoats. In revenge his shipmates are ransacking the harbour, burning and killing all in their path and making off the Governor's daughter, for some despicable end. It's blood 'n' carnage! "Do I stick with this one, or should I wear the curly, brown one? I should maybe stuff my top with some wigs, too. Needless to say, she doesn't manage to see the Zombie, or hear the door loudly creak open, or even hear the load groan coming from behind her. Who knew wigs could be so distracting? A dismembered mermaid now lies where Lacey Davis once stood. Meanwhile, the zombie walks off with a nice, lean arm to gnaw on. Meanwhile, Derek Polanes (DarthPotato), walks away from the fire pit, after just burning his hands on the fire trying to warm up... ... Until he runs into the Roman Commander, who shoves his blade so far into Derek's stomach it pushes him back into the fire pit.. And the body of the Fortune Teller crackles in the pit. Everybody gathers in the morning, but instead of Mercutio, the assistants take his place. "Mercutio's taking a quick vacation for school" Carlisa announces. "He left us in charge, so we had to invite our friends Wyldstyle and Abe here to help us, especially since Abe is so honest, and Wyldstyle.... Well, she's somewhat attractive." Each player will be given an alignment to play as. Each player will be aligned with either The Council or The Monsters. Any Third Party/Neutral characters have their own win conditions outlined in their roles. To win, the Monsters must eliminate all of the Council, while the Council must outnumber the Monsters. 2. Each day you may vote to lynch a player. The player who receives votes from a majority of the remaining players will be lynched. Voting must be done in the following format.Vote: Character Name (Player). No other format will be accepted. Unvoting may be done similarly, under the same format and criteria as voting. 3. A day will last a maximum of 72 hours. You may not vote for the first 24 hours of the Day thread. After 72 hours, it is now night. When the 72 hours of the day are over, please send your night action, if any, to myself using the Role PM I have sent you. The night phase will last a maximum of 48 hours. 4. The alignment of the player lynched, and any that died during the night, will be revealed at the start of the next day. 5. Not my first MOC by far, but one of the first that I feel is worthy of this site. And yes, 90% of Doctor Who MOCs are posted in Sci-Fi, but this doesn't have the TARDIS or anything, so I felt it belonged here instead. (Although I am looking forward to the day when DW MOCs belong over in "Licensed" ) The Burning at Lake Silencio Lake Silencio, Utah, 2011 The Doctor has summoned Amy Pond, her husband Rory, and River Song via blue envelops to Lake Silencio. He told them not to interfere as an Impossible Astronaut rose from the lake. It shot The Doctor, he began to regenerate, but it continued it's assault. He fell, it returned to the depths as his three friends ran to help him. But it was too late, he was dead. They set his body on fire, and sent it out into the lake. They watched it burn as the sun set and the waters glowed red with the light from the flame. Because this event is a fixed point in time, there is nothing that they can do. The Doctor, who has cheated death for over a thousand years, has breathed his last. The scene is somewhat from The Impossible Astronaut. That being the opening episode to Doctor Who Series 6. And yeah, I kinda played a bit loose with the source material for this MOC, but I like the more dramatic lighting. A few wires have been photoshopped out, but the lighting effects are all in-shot. I used one red flashlight, and 16 Lifelites in this thing. Hope you like it! Oh yeah, for sake of simplicity, I left River out of this shot, and poor Canton out altogether. The Lord has fallen! The Lord has fallen! The death of William Thornton. They heard of a Hand of Corruption Fortress near Tolswick. He went bravely to the battle, not knowing it would be his last... A wall of the fortress. This was just a quick vignette to show William's death. This now means Fred is the leader of Tolswick, as his brother, Atholas, is part of the Albion guard.
