Connect spike prime sensors to ev3 brick?
benwiley4000 posted a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I'm working on a project using the ev3 brick and sensors. However I would like to try out some of the newer spike prime sensors without replacing the engine yet. Does anyone know if it's possible to buy or build something that would allow me to attach a spike prime sensor as a custom sensor to my ev3 brick? My options could include using a raspberry Pi as a translator if necessary, but obviously I would prefer a simple cable adapter. For now I'm not super concerned with bulkiness.. mostly just want to test stuff. Thanks in advance for your help.- 4 replies

BuWizz and Powered Up
mudseason posted a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Hi All, title is already self explanatory. I know that it is possible to connect powered up motors to a buwizz using dedicated adapters. What about controlling a powered up servo with buwizz? Is that possible? I did I quick search but did not find anything so specific. Thanks.- 12 replies

Custom Parts by SevenStuds
SevenStuds posted a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Hi Guys! This topic is where I will be adding updates to the new parts that I make available via Shapeways. There is also a FB page where I'll be posting new designs. For a bit of personal history, I work in the architectural field and 3D modeling has been a passion for the last 12 years. When I finally had a family of my own, I rediscovered the boxes of LEGO I carefully stored from the 80's. Not long after, I decided to combine the two things I enjoy doing: Technic and 3D. Here are some of the parts that are already size approved and available: The GoPro Adapter is the only product that is available pre-printed on Bricklink in a very limited quantity. Since my intention is not to sell via this thread, you can find more details on the Facebook page in my signature.
