MOC: Cross Section of a Castle Under Siege
Schreeuwwitje replied to Vorkosigan's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
This is fantastic! This is the exact thing why I love LEGO so much! Truly truly awesome.. You have taken all the right parts during a siege. I love the kettle with oil, or whatever nasty busisness, the most.. Great job! -

Neat build, great story! -
Evenin, This is my introduction MOC for the Lands of Roawia. Name: Carnyx Race: Barbarian Gender: Male Faction: Outlaws Description: A big hairy muscular barbarian. Story: After being exiled so many years ago Carnyx lived as a hermit in his self build house on the foot of Karain's Crown. He was a man living and thriving on his lonesome, avoiding possible confrontations residing from his past, or even confrontations with a living being at all. Carnyx did not have the ability to cast magic, nor did he believe that magic could conquer him and his fearsome possesed battle-axe named Hunin. His straight forward thinking, his insane physical strenght, his strong will-power and his ironclad code of honor are all he needed to survive the Badlands.

[MOC][LoR] Character Introduction
Schreeuwwitje replied to Schreeuwwitje's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Thnx! It is acutally supposed to be a gate of a fence around his house ... but I didn't describe that in the story... Thanks! Really appreciate the feedback, how ever small the MOC is..- 7 replies

This is my (first) entry for the Castle goes to space contest. I tried to turn 75020 "Jabba's Sail Barge" into "Jabba's War Barge". R2 has found a kilt and some shiny armor to join the fight. Weequay has found himself an Uruk-hai outfit and hopes to shoot the top-mounted-spear-guns. Ree-yees quickly strapped on some armor and took a sword from the hidden armory behind the paddles. (Un)fortunately Jabba provided the prinses with a nice evening gown on the eve of battle. He himself finnaly took a bib to catch his spit when eating, though he is also ready to rumble. Last but not least is master Max Rebo, hidden from sight and to be used as the last ultimate weapon against the enemy. Nothing can penetrate his asian body armor or avoid his blazing gold swords. EndNote: It took me some days building this beast; carefully transforming it into the right colours and giving it the right appearance. The best part is that it gave me so much fun to transform the minifigs into castle related figures. I couldn't find anything for R2 (I was checking for crowns to fit etc.) and then I found the kilt. And it even fits! I hope you had a giggle or two whilst looking at it! Cheers, Schreeuwwitje P.S. you can join @ http://classic-castle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=26148

This is so damn amazing! Respect for your mate! -
Wow this looks amazing! I love that little roof as well!

You could probably use some worn capes on a regular castle body. To either cover up some yellow skin or to make them seem worn. Capes from new minifig series will work for example... I do not have any other clues... good luck

Fantastic! Love these things!
