Location: G03 New California Tags: Spaceship Log_M_12: The M.A.N.T.I.S. corporation has created some of their first AI spaceships. Collectively, these are officially called the Artificial Intelligence Defense Unit (A.I.D.U.). The goal of these spaceships is to provide defense and surveillance to occupied planets. Hopefully, if all goes well with these prototypes, more agents can be sent to unoccupied planets, rather than having to stay put and have surveillance duty. Location: G03 New California Tags: Spaceship Log_M_11: My days in the front lines under heavy fire are over. The M.A.N.T.I.S. corporation has noticed that I am quite a good pilot, and so they have instead deployed me behind enemy lines. For this mission, they have equipped me with my own M.A.N.T.I.S. SF-1 Myotis fighter. This thing is very fast, has awesome laser cannons, is equipped with the best M.A.N.T.I.S. technology, and.... wait... is that a second cockpit!?.. Log_M_11_1: Apparently, the M.A.N.T.I.S. corporation is a little worried I would run off again if I had my own ship. Technically, I would say I never ran off in the first place. They classify "no communication for 6 months" as being AWOL. According to their rules, they could fire me, or something, but I guess they need my special skills. Anyway, they have decided that this dual cockpit fighter would be more suitable for me, and they gave me a new "partner" to work with. His name is Lynius, and I just shortened it to Lyn. Well, our mission is pretty simple, scout the area above New California and see if there are any good places for M.A.N.T.I.S. forces to land. Location: Planet Kaalin, Sector H03 Tags: Land Vehicle Job: Special Forces Log_M_10: Ever since I obtained my latest ride, I have been what professionals call Absent Without Leave. I'm still surprised they haven't fired me by now, but hey, whatever. Whilst zooming around Domwarr, I received another mission: should I choose to accept it. The mission was simple, test a new land speeder. Since I was soooo satisfied with my previous speeder I tested, I was eager to try a bigger, better, and faster speeder! Who wouldn't! What's more, they said they had a new uniform waiting for me. Oh yeah! Unfortunately, when I arrived, I realized what a mistake I had made........ End_Log Log_M_10_1: Okay, maybe that wasn't so bad after all. However, I'll still say I was surprised it made it off the ground..... and that uniform though....... -|- Ace

Location: Planet Terrial Minor, Sector D04 Tags: Piracy, Land Vehicle Job: Special Forces Log_M_9: After having successfully invaded Sector B06, I have been assigned to perform piratical acts on Kawashita troops stationed on the planet Terrial Minor. First assignment: Obtain biomass from a Kawashitan transport speeder. Thankfully, a fellow M.A.N.T.I.S. trooper has been busy "deactivating" multiple Kawashiatan radar stations, which means that my job will be easier, since they can't call for backup.... End_Log A New Ride, A New Mission by Andrew JN, on Flickr Log_M_9_1: Mission was a success. The transport speeder contained a large amount of Biomass. No casualties.. Well, at least on our side..... Oh, and the new MM_1 Speeder (MANTIS Mach_1 Speeder) was AWESOME! However, it only reached around 300 mph.... Still, can't wait to use it again. ~ AJ and Q (Ace Jagjit and Qubert)

Location: Planet Terrial Major, Sector D03 Tags: Spying, Building Job: Special Forces Log_M_7: After having been stationed on Mynderis for what seemed like a million years, I have finally been transferred over to Sector D03, otherwise known as Terrial Major. The brand new planet and the excitement of a new mission was soon lost however, when I looked across this landscape and saw snow...everywhere.... Soon my eyes burned from the bright light and my skin felt like ice beneath my jacket.... They didn't warn me about bringing something warmer.... Or did they... during orientation?... Maybe?.. I don't know, I don't listen to that stuff most of the time... Maybe now I will though.... Anyway, to bring it back, I was stationed on Terrial Major, and my mission was to find out whether or not Octan still had operatives on the planet.... How? Through a special M.A.N.T.I.S. Cubulite, an underwater computer station. At last I made found the Cubulite! Or at least, the satellite it hooks up to. Alright, time to get wet. Hmm, let's see what they gave me. An air tank and mask, and... Ooh... One of the new heat... visor... things! And to break the ice..... WHAT!? A PICKAXE!? They couldn't have given me a flamethrower or something?......... Several hours later... This thing is useless! I haven't even made a dent!!! That's it! It's time to pull out the MANTIS™ Death Ray Blaster©! Hehe, much better. Now to "don the gear." What was that!? Wait, one thing I do remember from orientation is that this planet is filled with "Vicious local wildlife...." Come to think of it, just this past week LittleJohn said something about some creature that was immune to the MANTIS™ Death Ray Blaster©........ EEP! Better get in the water quick! Those are some cool vehicles! I really like the tank and bike!

Nice rock/snow work on the right! Cool use of the tread pieces for the tentacles as well!
