Location: C06 - Hyreal Tags: Land/Air Vehicle, Spying I've been dispatched to Hyreal to join a spy/infiltration mission. M.A.N.T.I.S. has managed to confiscated a Kawashita supply steamship on Hyreal in an attempt to infiltrate their operations. The plan is to get a man inside on the next delivery. Everything looks normal as we approach, time to see if the plan will work. Steam Ship - D

Location: C06 Hyreal Tags: MANTIS, land vehicle, spying Double D's log 27: I must be going crazy. First I forget all of what happened in two weeks aside from a strange relic thing, and now I feel like I'm back in time, but in the future...sort of? All I know is my mission: to continue punching holes in Kawashita's barrels that hold water for their experimental hydraulic plants here on Hyreal. The barrels were the ones being extracted from Kawashita's extraction and purification plants. It seems that Kawashita decided to spread out its merchandise so that they wouldn't have single-point targets. The hovercraft, which my friend accurately called the 'hoverchair,' that I get to use kind of bounces as it moves, and it turns in a drift-like motion. It took a while to get used to, but it's now natural, and even quite fun to drive! It is much faster than any steam powered ground vehicle, and the uneven landscape didn't cause any trouble but rather made my getaways a snap! Kawashita uses landships which are far too slow to catch up to my advanced, one-person hoverchair. Once I spotted a tank, I was out and away, leaving a bunch of empty barrels behind me. Thankfully, the MANTIS™ Spyglass© really made spotting Kawashitan equipment easy as it made anything red stand out from the other colors. In fact, depending on the angle of the crystal, the spyglass could highlight most ranges of color - a real breakthrough in spying technology! I was also equipped with a sweet pistol that shot extra-large lead bullets which were perfect for making holes in all of Kawashita's barrels ~ DD out

Location: C06 Hyreal Tags: Exploration Mission Log: Entry 13 ~ After my last escapade, I headed to the KGMA on Hyreal to finally get some weapons training. Once I arrived, I was instructed on how to use a standard K-17 blaster, and then the more fiddly blaster pistol. Once that was over, I was summoned by Narbilu to join him in an exploration of the planet's wilderness. After a scenic cruise, we left the vehicle and split up, Narbilu heading east, me heading west. I had walked for about an hour across the terrain before I spotted a rather strangely shaped plant in front of me... And then it turned around... In my hurry to get away, I had accidentally left my binoculars behind! My trusty binoculars, which had served me so well on so many expeditions... I knew what I had to do. Luckily for it, my K-17 was loaded with tranquillizer darts instead of bullets. Eventually Narbilu found me. He was impressed with my prowess and had the alien...thing transported to Kawashita Labs for research and analysis. They quickly discovered that it was, in fact, a harmless plant-eater.... Since I discovered it, I get to name it apparently! I think I'll call it... The Hyreal Tree Mimic. [ Figless ] [ The Hyreal Tree Mimic on its own.
