Justus Posted July 21, 2022 (edited) Hello there! Starting with the photo: I wanted to build an AT-ST for quite a while already and now the monthly building challenge on another LEGO forum was about iconic vehicles from movies... well, the decision what to build was not very hard! I hope you like it... Edited July 21, 2022 by Justus
ForgedInLego Posted July 21, 2022 (edited) Wow, that looks great! My only complaint is that you only posted one pic :) Edited July 21, 2022 by ForgedInLego spelling

TeddytheSpoon Posted July 21, 2022 This looks mega - looking forward to seeing more pictures! In case you haven't taken them already, I will say you may want to move the left-hand viewport (on the right in your picture) towards the centre... I'm sure it's just a mistake (easily done!) but at the moment it does look like this walker has one eyebrow raised!
Justus Posted July 21, 2022 @TeddytheSpoon: I am sorry, all the photos have been made already... but it is not that obvious on the other ones, so it should be okay. Thanks for the hint though! And @ForgedInLego: you asked for more photos? Here are some 'portraits':
CrappyMocMaker Posted July 21, 2022 This looks amazing! If I may ask, how are the ankle joints (30553) able to keep the model up?
Justus Posted July 21, 2022 @CrappyMocMaker: They aren't! I have a black display stand, that stabilizes the model. You can see it on the last photo I posted. Those joints might even be able to hold the weight of the cockpit (I think I tested that), but the center of mass is far up front and you can't balance the walker once it is built entirely. I might post some other pictures later this evening on which you can see the stand very well...
TheScaryDoor Posted July 23, 2022 Looks really great. I like the small details on the legs und on the base very much.
danielwerner Posted July 30, 2022 Very nice! Will there be instructions? :)
Justus Posted August 7, 2022 Thank you everybody! @danielwerner I don't think so, sorry. Because of the stability issues, I don't think it would be worth the time. But I might do a stud.io model to "save" my work for further optimizations... If you want, I can send that to you. And there are some new photos: And there is a "crew" now:
Big_Daddy Posted August 8, 2022 Looks very good, way better scaled than anything released after 7127 IMO.

cdavidc29 Posted May 1, 2023 Great looking model. Can it actually hold the mini figures or are they just for set dressing?
Justus Posted May 1, 2023 @cdavidc29 There is enough space for one figure inside
