For 75177, I was guessing a vehicle from that Casino Planet (mentioned in Vanity Fair this week) ?

I would suggest that if these sets are from the first wave, we'll likely see these vehicles/characters in the upcoming trailers for The Last Jedi, including new-look Snoke.

I'm pleasantly surprised by some of the minifigures we're getting this wave. I wasn't expecting to see Admiral Holdo or Supreme Leader Snoke released so soon, or even a minifigure of Poe Dameron in his flightsuit without the extra gear. I'm kind of glad Snoke is moving away from the black robes and wearing gold instead. It makes him look a lot more visually distinctive rather than just an Emperor knockoff.

The sets themselves look pretty interesting so far. The Star Destroyer looks awesome and hopefully will come with a decent sized interior. The new walker isn't as good as the original AT-AT but its impossible to top such an iconic design. Still I like the look of the new version. The Bomber reminds me a lot of the Resistance Troop Transport. Will be interesting to see if the wings are movable otherwise it might be a bit awkward to display.

Can't wait to see how the rest of the sets turn out. Hopefully Luke and Leia will both be included somewhere in the upcoming wave and not held off until next year.

I like the AT-AT, it is funny that it's heads look like kylo Ren. I don't like that the back legs are like the origional At-At, they should have made them like the front legs.

Don't like the bomber, looks old, like a WWII B17 gone on a date with a V wing.

Like the star destroyer, hope it has indeed a good interior.

Wouldn't mind a new resistance tank like weapon for some awsome ground combat.

The sets do come too close to the current line, can't buy everything.

At first glance Snoke reminds me of the Sauron/Necromancer figure from 79014...a huge letdown.

However the image isn't that great and I guess it would be nice to see the movie for context.

Resistance Bomber does nothing for me but there are some nice figures in the other sets (walker driver, a shuttle pilot) but not really anything to get me really excited.

Kylo is heavily rumored to be in his TIE Advanced set which will probably be 80€.

I love the look of this wave, totally agree the walker is slightly less inspiring, it's a bit Dr. Evil with the FO; the design has an obvious weakness for the good guys to exploit!

I was hoping for a new (debate-ably more accurate?) mould for the resistance bomber's cockpit... perhaps one that might be suitable for possible inclusion in a ucs millenium falcon cockpit, but the fact that the resistance bomber looks to be using the existing tool leads me (erroneously perhaps) to conclude that any new ucs falcon is more likely to be sporting another 'brick-built' cockpit ala 10179.

I know everyone is talking about TLJ sets, but I thought I'd drop this here for discussion, since I've not seen anyone post a review of this set.

 

The Nexogon construction of this set is what impresses me the most, though it would have been nice if the Nexogons were redone in black for this set.

I thought about that when I saw it. I'll probably just build a technic stand to prop it up.

that Droid seems to be the same as in 75135, Jango the same as in 75015, Obi Wan?

Obi-wan has slight torso changes I believe, Boba has a dark blue, And Jango also has an updated belt design.
