  1. Countless citizens of Kaliphlin lost their homes, belongings, and even loved ones during the drawn out war between the High Council, Desert King, and Ulandus. Many chose to take what little they had left and travel with makeshift caravans, to try and find a haven from the constant strife, whether within Kaliphlin or another guild: C&C welcome
  2. I built this 2 months ago and only just realised that I hadn't posted it. Not much of a backstory, I was just experimenting with the waterfall technique.
  3. This is my build for Tower Phase 2 in Age of Mitgardia. Battles occured throughout the North, as the Algus continued their relentless push into Mitgardia. A Nordheim watchtower had spotted a group of Algus for the village itself, and what warriors the town had left were quickly gathered to try and hold off the icy foes. The men were led by Anar, a veteran warrior famous for his dragon forged spear. Much to the men's relief, the Algus didn't seem capable of freezing the Mitgardians as they charged into battle: In fact, Anar even managed to slay one of the fearsome beasts: Upon which the other Algus made an organized retreat This gave the warriors new hope, as it seemed that the Algus weren't invincible after all. I tried a new wooden wall design utilizing sideways plates and tiles to give a planking effect. And credit for the roof design goes to Siercon and Coral.
  4. My entry for WarZone 18. The mummies wanted to get in the eastern guardian tower, but they had no battering ram to break the door down with... So they used the next best thing; a sarcophagus! As the mummies were about to start battering the door in, Aymeri and his men showed up and ambushed them on both sides: More pictures can be seen here: Link C&C welcome
  5. The first module in my collab with soccerkid6. The windmill actually works, not only do the blades turn, but a grindstone is operated as well.   6. I tried a new rockwork technique (for me anyways), that uses technic bricks and pins to tilt each column of rock. And I did a hinging wall again, for the first time in a while, on the tower. It had been another uneventful morning for the two guards stationed at the Noror Watchtower, besides an unusually cold wind, everything seemed normal. The guards were on edge however, for there were many rumours of strange happenings in the north of Mitgardia. It was Kapp, the archer, who first noticed a group of figures approaching the tower. "Look there," Kapp said, "can you see if they're friends or foes?" "They seem to blend into the snow, but they could be clansmen on their way to the village," Svigi replied. As the group advanced toward the tower, it quickly became apparent that they were not clansmen. The odd figures were clad in white, and there seemed something unnerving about them. Kapp and Svigi readied their weapons, and eyed the oncoming band with apprehension. When they were within earshot, Svigi called out: "Halt in the name of Mitgardia! What is your business in these lands?" They offered no reply but kept on towards the tower, Kapp fired a warning arrow in front of the group, but they paid no attention to it, and continued their relentless march towards the tower. By now the two guards were quite sure the menacing squad meant only harm, so Kapp and Svigi prepared to hold the tower. But instead of storming the tower door, one of the party lowered his strange looking axe toward the tower and began making odd noises. The Mitgardians looked on in disbelief as what seemed to be a stream of ice began flowing toward the tower and then surrounding the walls. Kapp realized in a moment that the spectre meant to trap them inside the tower, and quickly headed for the door, calling to Svigi to do the same. They burst outside, knowing only too well that they had no chance of overpowering these new enemies, but determined to give their all defending Mitgardia. More pictures: link C&C welcome
  7. This was an extremely fun build. I tilted the wood sections using ball joints, for the first time. The idea of the build was to create a wacky, and whimsical atmosphere. Hence the unusual colorscheme for the build. There's a full interior, and the elevator actually works. Also Amfridus has devised a bucket system whereby he procures water without leaving his home. Glorfindel's inventor friend, Gimcrack, was going to visit another inventor named Amfridus who lived in Avalonia. Glorfindel decided to accompany Gimcrack and see how the Mitgardian-Avalonian relations were faring after the recent crisis.   8. My first build for the Age of Mitgardia freebuild challenge. Category- Defense. Sub-Category- Tower, Phase 1. ------------------------------------- After returning from the raid on Nocturnus, we had encountered bad luck. Lydia's father had been kidnapped by one of the local Jarl's bullyboys. Lydia has told us she would hunt for he father. Wulf agreed, on the condition that someone accompany her. I, naturally, was the first choice. I knew this region of Mitgardia well, and I was a tracker, unlike my fellow crewmembers. So Lydia and I had set out, in hope of Finding her father. And here we were, at the boarders of Skaljarik, and Jarl Arian's domain. But try as I might, I couldn't convince Lydia to go there for help. So we pushed on. "Where's this, Logan," she asked. "The Outpost, we call it," I replied. "It's manned 8 months out of the year, but not now." "Can we camp here?" "Sure. It's a bit cold, but as good a shelter you'll find in the next day or so." Sirius, my dog, had also come with us. He, too, was a tracker. "Smell anything, Sirius?" I asked, knowing I'd get no answer. But Sirius' large, bushy tail waged, meaning there weren't any other beings in the immediate area. Sirius and I quickly ascended the steps. "Should I get us some meat?" Lydia wondered, looking up at us. "No," I replied. "The Outpost has food enough. It was true. The temperature was such that the meat remained frozen, and therefore didn't go stale. It had saved many a travelers life. And saved my stomachache from growling on more then one occasion. A few hours later, we had a warm fire, and were both sitting content after a good meal. Even Sirius had quite a bit to eat. Something had been bugging me, so I decided to ask Lydia. "Why would your father be kidnapped?" "Oh," She replied. "well, that's probably due to the fact that he challenges authority. A lot," she added. "He can really make a nuisance of himself. But he's a good person, and a great fighter. That's why most people tolerate him. "What about you father?" She asked, her curiosity aroused. "He's dead," I said, trying not to let her see the deep hurt it cause me to say those words. She realized how I felt, and said, "Sorry. I shouldn't have asked." "No, I replied. "You had no way of knowing." "Thanks for agreeing to come," She said, changing the subject. "I doubt any of the other's would have." Anything for a a friend," I replied, happy to talk about something else. But then I noticed how dark it was. "I'll take the first shift," I told her. "Is that really necessary?" "It is if we want to make sure no one sneaks up on us," I replied, not unkindly. As I took the shift, I thought over my actions in the last week or so. First, I had defied my closest friend, because of my continence. Then I had agreed to accompany someone I had only recently meet on a tracking mission that could very possibly be deadly. But in the end, I felt justified in both courses of action. As I looked out, I saw one of my favorite sights. The Northern Lights! For some reason, they soothed my soul. As much as this land was rugged and dangerous, it had an innate beauty, one that was not lost upon me. As Sirius and I gazed at the Northern Lights, I knew, despite everything else, I was proud to be a Mitgardian. I was proud to be a Raider, and even more proud to say I did have a continence. Builder's notes: For my first try with the rounded wall, I think it turned out well. Tell me what you think! Author's notes: So as usual, my story is pretty short, but I will have more depth in my next build. In any case, enjoy!
  9. Hi, the German Company Wilbert produces tower cranes with a unique feature: in order to optimize transport dimensions, the jib changes its height as well as its width along its length. To be able to travel the whole length of the jib, the traveller has two sets of wheels at different widths, which travel on different levels along the jib. Thus, Wilbert cranes can easily be identified due to the distinctive step in the middle of the jib, which can be seen for example here. Today I was wondering if this unique design can be built using Lego Technic. Here is the result of three attempts, rebuilt in LDD: This is a view of the boom with the traveller on it here the jib alone, shown from the tip and here from the other side this is the traveller. The ropes which move the traveller can be knotted to the center holes of the traveller. The end leading to the tip runs around the pulley at the tip and is then leaded back through the jib by several eyes (parts 32034 and 87082), which also act as distance holders and stiffeners for the bottom of the jib. The lifting rope runs around the pulleys in the traveller down to the hook block. It's end can be knotted at the grey eye at the tip below the pulley (part 6536). I haven't tried yet if the assembly works with ropes. But the traveller runs very smooth along the jib, and there is hardly any step at the transition between upper and lower level. Thus I think that motorizing this thing shouldn't be a problem. Also I'm quite satisfied with the bending stiffness of the jib, so I guess it could take quite some load. Interesting enough, the heights of both jib parts match really good. When taking the WT 650 as a prototype, the scale in height is 1:45,1 for both parts. This is altough the height is kind of predefined by the Lego-parts and the function of the jib. The width doesn't match as well, the Lego-jib is quite a bit too wide. There are two details I'm not really happy with: 1) the connection of the inclined 1x11 Liftarm to the tip of the large jib section. The LA is supported by a 3L pin only from one side, which is not good regarding bending forces. If there were 1x7 LAs with an axle hole at one end, this could be done with a 5L axle. Since such parts don't exist, a 6L axle could be used in combination with half-width bushings. 2) I'm not really confident about the connection of the traveller frame to the upper part only by the four 3x5 L-liftarms and the black pins. maybe it'd be better using 1x7 or 1x9 LAs to transmit the vertical forces. On the other hand, the traveller as it is now is quite compact and reduced to the absolute necessary. That's it for now. I don't know whether I'll proceed with this model or not. See if you can guess the authors (Setting: A simply but tastefully adorned room in a chateaux near a lake at the border of Kaliphlin and Avalonia. A young lady leans on the windowsill. Enter spy.) Spy: (bowing) Good day. Lady: (turning) How is it you are back already? Why, you're all wet! Spy: (embarrassed) Yes...yes... but I think I have discovered what you were looking for. Lady: Well? Spy: Early in the morning, just as the sun peeked up over the horizon and shot a gleam of its crimson rays across the dark and foreboding sky, kissing the golden dome on top of the magnificent stone edifice that loomed... Lady: I've seen the castle. There's no gold dome. Spy: There isn't? I was so intent on my task I hardly noticed, you see. Never mind - as I was saying, early in the morning I began to climb the walls, hanging at times only by my nose to the jutting angles of the stony walls, scraping my arms and knees, my heart thumping in my chest for fear I should fall. Once I looked down, and a cold shiver ran through me... Lady: You're making that up too. Spy: (embarrassed) Yes, I was. Well, to proceed. I climbed the walls and got in through one of the windows. It was an incredibly tight squeeze I assure you! Not only is the window itself tiny - as I'm sure you noticed when you visited (with a bow) - but the bars that crossed it were so small I had to exert all my strength... Lady: Really, can't we get on with the story? There aren't any bars either! Spy: I'm sorry. I had no idea you were so observant! Lady: (in an aggrieved tone) That's not the point! I didn't send you so I could hear some fancy story! I want to hear about his day. Spy: I promise, I'll stick to the story. Lady: Then begin! Spy: Over the wall, in the window. I was on the top of the castle, and could just peek over into Chillon's bedroom - he was just getting up... Spy: (grunting) So there he is! He sleeps in late, I'll say that much! Chillon: (stretching) Welcome morning! (jumps out of bed) Ouch! Canopy beds! (rubs head) (yawning) Caleb! (snaps fingers) Where's my breakfast? Caleb: Right here, sir Chillon. Chillon: Ah, delicious! Lady: (interrupting) What was his breakfast? Spy: Cherries, apple, and chicken. Lady: Hmm. That's an interesting breakfast. Spy: (shrugging) Probably part of why he's looking for a wife! To continue - Spy: (twisting) What is that in the corner? A second ago it looked like another bed, now - goodness, it's a mirror! Chillon: (humming to himself) Thank you! (continues to hum while walking toward the mirror) So far so good! Here, help me with the rest of my armor. Spy: Well, whatever you can say for the master the serving-man is even worse! The clown is putting the armor on backwards! Chillon: (angrily) Whatever is wrong with you, Caleb? You put it on backwards! Caleb: I'm very sorry. Just a minute sir. (fumbles with the straps) Chillon: There! You've knotted the top left to the bottom left and the right bottom to my belt! Oh, let me alone, I'll do the rest myself! Caleb: (penitently) I'm very sorry, indeed. Let me fix it (advancing). Chillon: No! Go downstairs and tell Mathew I'll be down for a sparring bout in just a minute. Caleb: Yes sir! (disappears down stairs) (after fixing his straps, Chillon walks over to the mirror and makes sure everything is just right) Chillon: Much better! Ah - my cape. (Caleb returns) Chillon: Did you tell him? Caleb: Yes. Chillon: Here, help me with the cape. Caleb: Of course (advances, stumbling over chair). Chillon: Never mind! Spy: (to Lady) You see? He certainly needs a wife! Lady: I'll have to admit that much. But I don't know that I'm so desperate! Spy: It gets better. Chillon: (fumbling with the wrong side of the cape) I could use some help! Lady: I thought you said it gets better... Spy: I meant, in a little while. Lady: Go on, then. Spy: (clears throat) Caleb: (picking the chair up) Coming! Spy: At last! Perhaps we'll be able to see the 'sparring bout' now. Spy: I noticed as they left that he hadn't eaten the apple or the cherries. In fact they might have been fake. Lady: Nothing but chicken for breakfast?! Spy: Nothing but chicken! Continuing - I snuck down the stairs after they left and got down to the armory just when the sparring match started. Chillon: There's nothing like the sound of steel clashing on steel! Matthew: You're right there, sir Chillon! Chillon: (waving his sword wildly backwards) Here it comes! Matthew: Watch out sir! The candle! (Chillon's sword cuts through the wax and the candle crashes to the floor.) (A long pause.) Lady: Well, what happened? Spy: (awkwardly) I think I laughed. Lady: You laughed? What kind of spy are you? Spy: I know, I know, but it really was funny! Matthew was trying to beat the flame out with the sword, but Chillon hadn't noticed it yet and he was attacking Matthew... Matthew: Sir Chillon! What are you doing! Can't you see you cut the candle down? Chillon: (in surprise) You're right! I knocked the candle down! Ha! Eat dust, flames! (Chillon runs to another candle.) Take this! Matthew: (running up) Sir! It's just a candle! (laughter from behind pillar) Chillon: What was that? (spots spy behind pillar) Look! A spy! An enemy at last! Get him! (runs after spy) Spy: (apologetically) Of course, I turned around and ran. I couldn't let him catch me. Lady: Of course not. Spy: So I went up the stairs. Lady: Naturally. Spy: And Chillon followed me. Lady: Not surprising. Spy: Then I went up the ladder. He kept following. Lady: Proceed. Spy: He's very fast. Lady: What is that supposed to mean? Spy: He caught me. Lady: What?! Chillon: What on earth are you doing here? Spy: Sir, I assure you my intent was friendly... I.... um... Lady: I hope you didn't tell him why you were there. Spy: (clears throat) Um... Lady: You didn't! Spy: (hurriedly) No! No! Not at all... er... at least... not all... Lady: Tell me what you said. Spy: I think I said... that you sent me... and... that was all. Chillon: Really! How did you get here? Spy: See that boat? Chillon: Can you swim? Spy: Er... yes. Chillon: Then do so! (throws spy out window) Chillon: (shouting) And tell your lady that I'll be there in an hour to see if it's true! Lady: What?! Spy: (apologetically) That's what he said. (enter Serving-man) Serving-man: (announces) Sir Chillon! ... More pictures of the build: This build was based off of the real Chillon Castle from Switzerland, in particular this section: link It's the first castle I've done that is pretty realistically scaled. On the first floor is an armory, and on the second floor is Lord Chillon's room. The layout was rather challenging, as were the roofs, but I'm pleased with the final result. The thick walls let me use some new window and arrow slit designs. I experimented a bit more with a SNOT wall design, as the tower gradually gets thinner. The bartizan (overhanging corner turret) is my first, and I'll probably be doing lots more of those in the future.   11. Here is my entry to Category C of Challenge III. Hope you enjoy the builds, especially Slowbelly Keep which was my big project of the year. And I tried some new stuff with it, including SNOT walled buildings with interiors. The events here take place just after my Category A build: link. Several dwarven clans had been given the mission of invading Avalonia from above ground while others advanced through tunnels. So far everything was going as planned for the dwarves. The groups on the surface used tents to set up temporary camps as they journeyed to the border: Thanks to Jonathan, Glorfindel now had a good idea of what the dwarves' plans were, but he still needed more specific information so that he could stop the dwarves before they crossed the border. Therefore he payed a visit to Kenan, the candlemaker in Hradheim, and one of the best sources of information in Mitardia: Hradheim was located just south of Amortug, which made it easy for Kenan or his apprentices to pick up bits of information about the dwarven invasion from dwarves traveling through the town. Kenan was able to supply Glorfindel with the routes several dwarven clans were taking to infiltrate Avalonia, and which clans were most in favor of the attack and which were just going along with the others. Realizing that quick action was called for, Glorfindel dispatched messengers to arrange a meeting involving Elves, Dwarves, and Men at the great hall in Fjollum, a city located almost on top of the Mitgardia/Avalonia border and often used for diplomatic meetings. Then Glorfindel himself led a group of calvary to capture the Anarfell clan leader, one of the staunchest supporters of the invasion: Surrounded and outnumbered, even the stubborn dwarves realized that surrender was the only option. After disarming the group, Glorfindel and his men escorted the dwarves to deserted Slowbelly Keep (rumoured to have been the cage of Slowbelly the dragon in ages past), which would serve as their temporary prison. After securing the prisoners and mounting a fresh horse, Glorfindel rode for Fjollum... See here for continuation of story. A section of the dwarven army had already reached Avalonia and moved into place to besiege Myrr Castle, a strategically placed stronghold vital to the success of the invasion. The dwarven siege engines were in place and they had already made good progress on a tunnel under the castle, when a dwarven messenger mounted on a warg charged in to deliver news. Fortunately the message arrived in time to prevent bloodshed.   13. Hello everyone, after few weeks of work I get a brilliant idea for creation, and so I started to build it in LDD. After 5 days of thinkink designing, drawing I created this Tower. It is quite similar to the Bell tower from actual BOFA movie, but I added few more things of my own and by using some of new (for me) techniques which I learnd from my previous LDD creation) I can present to you this MOC. I am so amazed by this, that finally I will turn it into the real bricks. It will be my biggest Lake Town add on which will be turned into the real creation. My previous ones are already done, but I want to finish a small Lake Town diorama so then I will present it in here after all will be done.   14. This MOC was a commissioned model builld. My client gave me the general layout, and some specific details to include, and then let me go from there. It’s 64×64 plus the two stud border, and is modular, allowing each 32×32 module to be easily removed, and also allowing for easy additions in the future. All the building’s doors/trapdoors are functional, the two cranes work, and the prison cell has a break-away wall. Total piece count, excluding figs and accessories (all the dock cargo) was 5696 parts, making it my largest MOC in the Pirate theme so far.   16. This is the last of 4 micros I built as prizes for the Guild Creation category of the Summer Joust. These 4 builds were meant to fit the category, so I focused on different aspects of the same civilization: castle, town, farm, and landscape. I chose to name it the Land of Rauor, as Rauor is the Norse word for red and I used red roofs to help tie all the models together.   17. So lately i've been working on my version of the Avengers tower. Okay I agree it's an Avenger, S. H. I. E. L. D , and superheroes tower, but the idea came from the Avengers tower. What do you think?
  18. Built for the “Night at the Opera” category of the 2016 MOCAthalon. I’m not familiar with opera in general, but I enjoyed the opera scene from Mission Impossible, Rogue Nation and decided to base my build off of that. It was an interesting challenge to include both the stage and props, as well as some backstage area and support structure. On stage the opera continues smoothly, but danger lurks, hidden in the shadows. Will agent Ethan Hunt be able to prevent the assassination?   19. The second phase of my project to show Arangr Castle through all 4 seasons. See spring here. The landscape changed most, though there are some changes to be found inside the castle as well. Arangr castle is located near the Avalonian border, in Mitgardia. Summer sees the continuing growth of plant and animal life. The warmer weather dries up the spring rains and encourages outdoor activities. More pictures can be found on my website. Thanks for looking

Here's my build for the third Gatehouse Phase, it is an 'old' build, in that I built it late last year, but I thought it was worth saving it to use as the final gatehouse phase, as I'm really proud of it. This is my first Castle model entirely based off of a real castle: Bodiam Castle in England. I built only the front wall, and it isn’t scaled perfectly, but I think it’s close enough to be quite recognizeable. Also I changed the bridge layout, because of space limitations. See a picture of the real Bodiam castle here: Link There’s no interior this time, though the portcullis and main doors are functional. Fun fact(s): this build weighed over 17 pounds, and used more bley tiles than any of my previous MOCs. Bodiam castle rests on a lake in southern Mitgardia, and is well known for its impressive round towers, and large gatehouse: See more pictures, here. Thanks for looking
  21. Hello fellow Eurobricks members, I've been working on my latest MOC the last few weeks - 'Visit the RIVIERA'. A MOC based around a marina with a southern European influence. There is a small wedding shop, a bell tower, and restaurant on the ground floor with tables outside around the marina where fishermen bring in their catches. A previous European styled MOC - Piazza Maria had bright colour combinations and perfect smooth rendering on the buildings so this was an excuse for me to try my hand at something that looked a little more weathered!   22. A free-build placed in Avalonia, and also part of InnovaLUG's 'Ye Old Merry Battleground' collab, for Brickfair Virginia. This was a really fun build to make, and I’m quite pleased with how it turned out. I’ll definitely be doing some more Forestmen themed builds in the future. Inspiration for the rockwork goes to Brickvader. The Forestmen's camp is hidden well in one of the many forests in Avalonia, and provides an excellent base of operations for them. They have scouts placed at various locations a little ways from the camp, and a few outside of the forest to keep an eye on the neighboring Lords and Barons of the land. Most recently, they learned of Sir Ruari Leanin leaving for a tax collecting tour, which they took full advantage of...   23. This was a collab build with Isaac, again made for the Ye Old Merry Battleground display at BrickFair Virginia. We took a lot of inspiration from Mark of Falworth’s castles, particularly Falworth Castle. The castle split in half for transport, and the portcullis actually works via the crank at the top.   24. Here's my latest creation, something I've always wanted to do since I was... 8 years old? I'm getting it ready right for Brickworld 2016. With 18 stories, measuring over 6 feet tall and more than 9,000 bricks, this is by far my largest creation. Since it's an absolute hassle to move around, the interior shots will come in later (though you might have seen a few already in my WIP thread). But for now, enjoy the exterior shots. Stay tuned for the interior shots! And this won't be the last skyscraper in the Wasabi District; I'm already planning a second tower adjacent to the One Azure!
  25. And with every mighty superhero team comes a mighty headquarters! Located in the heart of Manhattan, the tall building that used to be Stark Tower until the Battle of New York stands as a symbol of hope and serves as a base of operations for the Avengers. Here, they can train, strategize, create new tech, or just hang out, and sometimes build evil robots that want to kill all humans. Based on its appearance in Avengers: Age of Ultron, this tower is not just a great display piece, but also functions as both a UCS-style playset and a tilt system for the Lego Ideas Maze. It even features an automated ball return mechanism that is designed to work with mazes that have actual holes in them, so that if your ball falls through, you can watch it roll down the tower, floor by floor, and get lifted back up to the top where it is dropped back into the maze. And the best part is that you don't even need a table to play the maze as the tower doubles as a stand for the tilt system! Here it is without any of the fancy graphics. It took 3 days to render that first image, so please excuse me if I use low-quality screenshots for the rest of this post. Some profile shots of the building. Thanks to the hinges, the rounded back wall can be opened like double-doors. The third picture shows the opened backside. As you can see, there are stairs connecting each floor in addition to the ball-elevator, along with the obligatory fire extinguisher on every floor. A shot of the North side of the building. I'm actually not sure if this side is accurate to the movies since I couldn't find any reference pictures of this side of the tower. If it isn't, please leave your barrage of nerdy complaints in the comments down below. A top view of the tower. It was quite a challenge to get the curvature of the platforms at the top right. As mentioned before, the ball return mechanism only works with mazes that have holes for the ball to go through, but of course you can use mazes without holes as well. Here is how it looks with an example maze which is the official maze from the set with a new color scheme and modified to have real holes. Please note that this maze is just for demonstration purposes and not part of the entry. There is a slightly tilted platform below the maze so that if your ball falls through the maze, it will be guided down to a chute through which it rolls down to the hangar below. Once in the hangar, the ball rolls down the channel on the left, around the outside of the landing platform (which features a working turntable), and back towards the rear of the hangar through the channel on the right. The ball then rolls down a ramp that leads to the front of the building where it then zig-zags down the slanted windows. Once it gets to the bottom, the ball enters the building through an open window and rolls down a channel that leads to the elevator chain in the back. When it gets to the chain, the ball gets picked up by two prongs and lifted up to the top by Jarvis (i.e. a Power Functions motor). That much is clear. The only question is: If you put Thor's hammer on the ball elevator and it goes up, is the elevator worthy? Once it gets to the top, the ball is dropped onto the rails that lead out of the building and back into the maze. The cycle is complete and the fun can continue forever and ever until Infinity War. Now let's take a look at the interior of the tower. The front face of the building can be opened to access the inside as shown in the following image: The first floor features a lobby with the Avengers logo painted on the floor, a reception desk, and a waiting area. The second floor is where the Iron Legion is stored and repaired. Three fully posable robot arms with different tools hang from the ceiling and there is a rack of spare parts and other tools in the back. Counting the spare parts, there are two dozen legionaries here. Clearly they haven't been painted yet at this stage of the assembly. The third floor is a laboratory where the Science Bros, Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, can do some science together and foolishly create maniacal A.I.s. There are many computers, holograms, and tools, as well as a medical bay in the back. I based the look of the lab on this concept art: On the fourth floor there is a large training room where the Avengers can hone their skills by sparring each other and dodging fire from several turrets. After training, they can relax in the living room on the fifth floor. Here, they can throw a party, have some drinks, and play a friendly game of Who Can Lift Thor's Hammer. The tower also includes living quarters for each of the six Avengers. The sixth floor houses Hulk and Thor's rooms. Hulk's room is expectedly messy and has food strewn about, a Hulk-sized weight lifting bar, a plant, and a TV. Thor's room on the other hand is decked out in Asgardian gold and looks nice and shiny. It features a golden statue with the winged helmet that Thor refuses to wear in the movies for some reason, a large banner, and a small desk with quills where he can write letters to Jane Foster and his friends back in Asgard. The seventh floor is where Steve Rogers and Tony Stark live. Steve's room is filled with old-timey things like wooden furniture and a phonograph, as well as the American flag of course, and a hanger for his shield. And yes, that newspaper on his desk is the Old Times. Tony's room reflects his egotistical playboy lifestyle as it features a large painting of his alter ego, a hi-tech stereo, and a bed large enough for one or more lady friends to spend the night with him. Note the contrast between Steve's giant old phone and Tony's little smartphone on the other side of the wall. Black Widow and Hawkeye's rooms take up the eighth floor. Both feature a simple bed and a wall where they can hang up their weapons. Additionally, Natasha's room also has a closet and a make-up table (a girl's gotta look good while saving the world! ) while Clint's room has a dart board and a desk where he crafts his arrows.
